The preorder process was simple, the QR code worked great. It was easy to find a spot and the shuttle pick-up was fast. Also the shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. Just a great experience overall.

The convenience of the pqarking spot to the airport. The shuttles are timely, and I have never had a rude driver. I use The Parking Spot in charlotte all the time because of my travels, and they have always been very good. The lot is easy to get to from the interstate and easy acces back to the interstate.
