The best is regular pick up service at DFW. Years ago, we had to call to request pick up at a terminal. Now we walk to the pick up point and within minutes, a van comes by for pickup. A QR code is scanned when driving into the parking area. The same code is scanned to leave and pay.

Pick up once I've parked is quick. Maybe too quick sometimes. Wondering what happens if I wave the shuttle on and try to get on the next one.

I accidentally took the wrong shuttle and ended up in the wrong parking lot. I was so grateful that our driver took us to the right shuttle. Both drivers were so kind and polite.

We arrived in covered parking on May 30th around 3 am. I had requested assistance for my mom who has difficulty walking. I was used to a shuttle picking us up but we waited 25 minutes before a stranger told us we needed to walk to the office area. I struggled with our bags and my mom as I had parked in the East Covered Parking 1301. It was pointed out when we returned home on 6/9/26 that I could have parked in the handicap parking. At 3 am in the dark I thought I was going into premium parking so I didn't get a look for handicap. Not sure how to correct that situation except to state there is no shuttle drop off / pick up in the covered parking area?

I like how quickly you generally pick me up at my car. I don't typically have to wait for long at the curb at the airport either.

I was new to that airport so the driver helped me get back to the airport to pickup my husband. She was very helpful.

The Parking Spot Iphone App made it seamless to reserve parking for a 2 week trip, generating a QR code to scan on entry and exit from the parking location. Finally, with my corporate discount, the price for parking was reasonable.

Very organized, efficient operation. Team at the counter knows me as a frequent flyer and the drivers work hard to keep us on schedule.

It was so nice and easy to park at the Century spot. My husband is disabled so it was wonderful to pull in and have valet parking. Someone took care of our luggage, and we were able to get on the shuttle within a few minutes. The shuttle took us close to the arrival lounge. It was a short walk to the terminal. Returning home too was very simple. We did see a couple shuttle buses pass us by then finally the employee helping wheelchair my husband was able to get noticed. After that out car was waiting for us and our luggage put in the trunk. After paying, we left the garage. I would highly recommend the Century Parking Spot.
