Easy to enter, easy to leave, cheaper than the airport, and a short wait for a shuttle even if I just missed the last one. Lastly, all the drivers are very nice.

Sometimes but not too often.I would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a bus to pick me up at my car. The same with being picked up at the airport upon my return.
Many times my app will not open and I don't always remember my password to log in.
