The process is easy. It's a little confusing with the different lots, be sure and take a picture if your ticket! (I lost mine). I had a picture though and they got me to my car with ease.
The driver also helped me get my heavy suitcase on and off the bus, and even helped me get it into the trunk of my car! (I unfortunately have a severe spinal condition and I REALLY appreciated that!).
