So worth booking the Premium for a couple of bucks more. They come to you and drop you off at your vehicle. Super easy to use at the parking and finding the bus at the airport app walks you step by step on where you need to go. At the BWI station when you leave they had courtesy water bottles which was super nice after traveling and drinking anything on the flight. Definitely be using parking spot in the future!
The drivers are very professional and courteous. :) The shuttles are clean and comfortable too. And the drivers use extreme caution while driving --- therefore making the passengers feel safe.

It was my first park and ride service experience and it was one of the easiest parts of my trip. I liked that they picked up at my car and quickly got me and my bags to the airport. On the trip back, the directions to the shuttle were a little confusing but the driver was super quick and efficient getting us back to our cars. I would definitely do it again.

We have been using the Parking Spot West for the last several years and have never had a complaint. The shuttle is always there to pick us up on arrival and we have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle to arrive when we return from our trip. We will continue to use the Parking Spot West for all future trips. Thank you for being so reliable.
Works as explained. Park where you're are told, a van comes around (not exactly as instantly as they make it sound but within a reasonable wait,) and get on. Staff is helpful with your bags if you need help. Others get picked up and you go directly to the terminal. Pick up wait time on return has always been reasonable. Usually within 5-10 minutes. A good service. If you catch a good sale or promo, it is a bonus to a reasonably priced service.
Its convenient, you don't have to worry if you will find a parking spot!

We’ve used The Parking Spot North on Essington Avenue near Philadelphia International Airport numerous times, and it continues to impress us with its convenience, organization, reliability, and overall value.
There are several parking options, including indoor, outdoor, and premium parking for those who prefer a little extra convenience and don’t mind paying a modest upgrade. It’s nice having choices depending on your needs and budget.
One of the best features is their excellent mobile app. Nearly the entire parking experience can be managed through it, from reservations to entering and exiting the facility. It’s intuitive, convenient, and very well thought out. You can even track the airport shuttles in real time, so you know exactly where they are!
Speaking of shuttles, the service is outstanding. Most of the time, we’ve waited only five to ten minutes, if that. On just one or two occasions, the wait was closer to 15–20 minutes, which is certainly reasonable considering how frequently the shuttles operate.
The entire operation feels exceptionally well organized, taking much of the stress out of airport travel. Pricing is competitive, and there always seems to be some type of promotion or discount available, making the experience feel like an even better value.
It’s refreshing to find a business that has clearly thought through the customer experience from beginning to end. The Parking Spot North has done exactly that.
