It was everything we expected. We self-parked our car and the shuttle was right there to pick us up. On the return it was the same the shuttle picked us up at the airport and dropped us off by our car. No problems

On my return shuttle I left a bag on the shuttle. Went to checkout telling the attendant I left a bag. She radioed the drivers on property. Within 10 minutes my bag was returned to me. Great customer service!
