Oh my gosh, they were amazing. They’re right there to pick you up when you park. They pick you up when you get in and bring you back to your car help you put your luggage in your car. Make sure you get in safe. I feel safe parking here.

OMG! You guys are the bomb! I love loved my experience with parking spot jfk! You want to talk about helpful, smiling, on time and on point! Even the sweet young lady who had what seemed like the MOST boring job ever at the ticket exit booth was soooo smiley, sweet and caught my name to say goodbye. If all businesses were run like this, the world would be a happier, better place.
Quick and to my car service, I didn’t have a ticket just told him the row and he took us to the car in loaded our suitcases and loaded them into my truck. Thank you so much!
It's easy getting in & out. Drivers are polite and pick up is always fast
Number one my vehicle is always safe in the lot. Two the staff are always very helpful and professional. Three there is never a long wait for a shuttle to or from the airport.

Quick and easy
Prompt pick up on lot and at airport. Rarely have to wait very long
The parking are very spacious, and the entrance is very fast. The only bad side is that when we’re waiting at the airport on our way coming back we wait for like 20 minutes, but other than that everything was ok and we like the drivers as well, they were very kind
