As soon as we pulled up in our parking space, the shuttle was there to load our luggage and take it directly to where we needed to be at the airport. On our return flight, they were there waiting on us and took us back to our car and unloaded our luggage and loaded it in the car drivers were very, very friendly and nice and helpful! Was a great experience. I highly recommend it.

It was so much easier to park in your lot and get curb side pick up. The price makes it nice as well. The drivers are always helpful and kind.

I had a great experience with the Parking Spot 1 using their lot for a recent business trip. I had a couple of comments and Jay, the lot manager, called me personally and was very thankful for my feedback. Will definitely be returning in the future!

I love TPS & do recommend it often. However, as a customer and airline employee that parks at TPS1 1-2 times a week, and at this location specifically for the last 5 years, not having a set SWA employee discount has really cut into my parking budget and caused me to cut back on my parking days at TPS. I set reserve with SWA often and if I "break" a reservation now because of not fulfilling that reservation exactly then I get charged even more. Example: I reserve TPS for 3 days because I am on reserve for 3 days. SWA only uses me for 1 or 2 days, not the full 3 days. When I return early, I have now "broken my reservation" so I get charged a higher daily rate than my reservation so I am now paying just as much for the 1 or 2 days of parking as I would've if SWA needed me the 3 full days. When SWA had a set daily price, this never happened and I didn't worry about my parking costs increasing frequently. I do reserve days now because it is less expensive than parking without a reservation AND I have been turned away more than once, not just on a holiday, for not having a reservation even though I was on reserve and wasn't sure if I would be used by SWA or not.
Otherwise, this location is great because of their drivers and the safety I feel for myself and car when I park here.

I love the fact that I can park minutes away from MCI and have someone else navigate the insane construction in KC. The drivers are great, pick me up at my car and drop me off at my car. I've had to get a private shuttle to my hotel before at 2 am when my flight was delayed and the late night expense would have paid for half of the parking fee. If I fly out of Kansas City, I always park at the Parking Spot.

Great fast transportation to the airport! And fast return from the airport!

I really loved how promptly the shuttle showed up and picked us up - both from our car, as well as at the airport.

Easy to book, convenient, airport pick-up comes regularly, close to the airport, car is safe in your lot.

I signed up for an account, which made the process very easy. I was able to reserve online and pay when I exited the lot. The staff member in the lot and on the shuttle was pleasant and helpful, which put me at ease about using airport parking and shuttle service.

I like the ease of making a reservation online. The staff is always friendly and courteous.
I like that you can tell when I'm waiting for a ride with your new locator app.
