This was my first experience with this location for the Parking Spot in Newark and the first time using the Valet service which was inexplicably less expensive than the normal service.

Dropping the car off was easy, the van was waiting for us nearby. While we were away, it snowed so it was a treat having a warmed up car and clean windshield waiting for us. While we did have to clean off the rest of the car, it went quickly because the defroster was already on.

I love using Parking Spot because I don't have to worry about finding a parking spot and connecting with the bus for the airport's long term parking. The drivers are helpful and friendly and I have no worries about my vehicle while I am on vacation.

Always a great experience with you folks. Attendants are super kind and friendly, every time we have stayed with you. This past stay, even with horrible weather and delays, everything went as smoothly as expected given the weather circumstances. Already have our next trip booked and parking with you all in Cle. Great job!

Very covenant with great service to and from the terminals at a much lower fee then the airport

I like it that the parking area is under a roof, reasonably priced and a shuttle arrives to pick you up at your parking place. The app tracks the shuttle location and lets one know when the next one is arriving. Never a long wait. Since the Pittsburgh airport is new, it is nice to be able to rely on a driver that is familiar with the new airport drop off and pick up areas. I used the service on the previous airport. Just nice to not worry about finding a parking place at the airport.

Ease of parking, getting to/from airport, and cost

That when I have an emergency, like a dead battery or flat tire everyone is so helpful. The parking spot has never left me stranded and I’ve always been met with kindness! Customer Service matters to me most!

My only concern was when I came back from a trip and parked using the Valet, I waited in the lobby for my car to heat up since the temperature was single digits outside, however when I got into my car, my heat wasn’t on and my drivers side window was 1/4 of the way down. It took another 10 min for my car to heat up. I’d expect the car to be warm and windows up when using the valet.

Everyone was very polite, helpful and patient. I was new to the experience and nervous, They did their best to make me feel calm.

I thought the location, the price, and the drivers were all good. I would use your services again.

Shuttle service is readily available at the lot. Pick ups at airlines are also a minimal wait. Pricing is fair. Obviously getting a special rate is always an added perk. Will continue to use this service as long as special deals are available and service is top notch.
