I would like it if there was an exit where the North lot indoor parking guests are. It can be an automatic gate like in South Lot B. Please add this, it is a lot of extra effort to exit. It should be much easier. It is already automated since that is where the buses enter.
I do not mind entering at the main entrance. It is just the exit that is very inconvenient.

Great experience this time shuttle time wait was great and our car needed a jump when we returned and they came right over to help us out! Thanks always enjoy parking with you!

I am not a frequent traveler but once I used Parking Spot; their service always brings me back. Convenient to use, good price, courteous drivers.

This makes parking easy and convenient. Also, they went above and beyond on our last trip. My wife accidentally left her Kindle on the shuttle bus, and it was returned to us in less than 30 minutes!

Everything went smoothly. We parked and the van was immediately there. The driver helped get you bags in the van. Helped get our bags back off the van.
When we returned from our flight there was a van ready to pick us up and took us back to our car and help get our luggage off the van again. It all worked out well.
