Close to airport. No wait for shuttle. Friendly / helpful staff. They go above & beyond to be helpful. Flew in after the ice storm, friend had had a ski accident on trip. Called inquiring re roads etc the day before & requested assistance with luggage. They were so helpful & had the ice/snow cleaned off the car & ready to roll when we got there. One other time, arrived to airport & friend realized he had left his phone in the car. We unloaded the luggage & I stayed with it, he rode back to the lot. The staff had retrieved his phone from the car & had it up front for him & he was able to ride back with the next load.

The main reason we use Park & Fly is the cost savings over parking at MSP. All the drivers are very nice and helpful. We've never had a problem with parking or a long wait for the van to arrive. We have no complaints!!

Very nice drivers and plenty of parking. One year I was parked for 2 weeks and my battery needed a jump. The parking spot gave me jump and I was on my way back to Salisbury, MD

Consistency

The people are friendly and helpful. The location at MSP is great for us as we stay overnight before flying out and overnight when flying back to MSP at the Embassy Suites next door to the Park N Fly lot.

The shuttle is timely and the parking is covered.

I love that my car is out of the winter weather and the quick shuttler ride to the airport.

We don't have to park out in the boonies when going to the airport, you have better security, and we like getting a ride to the terminal for our flight.

I liked how often the transport goes around the airport. I have waited much longer for other services. The car wash was great except there was no way to make sure the car washer was getting a tip.
