The location is convenient and easy to find. It's pretty quick to make an online reservation, I NEVER wait more than a minute to be picked up by the shuttle, once I've parked. The drivers have all been professional and safe drivers.I've never had a long wait to be picked up at the airport.There have been multiple times that I've walked out of the terminal and my shuttle is there waiting.The only negative happened recently. My flight was cancelled, so my car was only parked for about an hour and a half. But because I had prepaid, I wasn't eligible for a refund. So my hour and a half park cost me $73.That doesn't seem like a good business practice or any way to treat loyal customers.

Great parking location with covered parking. The parking spot bus is right there as you exit the vehicle which could not be any easier.

Transit service is pretty good, but sometimes you have to be prepared to wait. I understand you have limited drivers and it take time to get everyone in and then out of the shuttle.
