I think the parking spot should upgrade their van/mini bus fleet. The shuttle's I have been on the last several trips all seem to rattles. The suspension gives a very rough ride.

The drivers where helpful and courteous ( very different from the drivers at the South lot in Philadelphia). The timing of the pick-up was much better than the prior time I use this same lot at Baltimore. Everything went well

Convenient and inexpensive .
Shuttle was at my spot to pick us up to take us to the airport in under a minute and on our return we called the shuttle and were picked up in under 10 minutes. The shuttle dropped us off right in front of our car. Entrance and exit with QR code made the process super simple. Will use the parking spot again!
