Fast service
Very speedy checkin process with shuttle ready to roll as soon as we boarded, and virtually no checkout process, I simply hit the link saying we had landed, grabbed my bags off the carousel, jumped in the van waiting outside, and walked to my car already pulled up under covering at The Spot office. See you again in the Spring!
Easy pickup and delivery from airport. Need to provide some handicap parking spots very difficult to get in and out of vehicle
Very quick, very friendly and reliable.
Great people!
Drivers always friendly, professional and great work ethic.
Very easy access, simple no tou h in and out!
The service has always been perfect for my needs.
This last pickup from Terminal C on Saturday around 5 pm, the driver never got out of his chair to help customers with luggage even though I tipped him and also others did too. When he dropped us off at our vehicle my wife even commented that she would be the man since he was so lazy to never get up from his driver's seat. I have had lady drivers that always helped. This guy needs some training.
On time. Never had any issues.
