Guest Testimonials
I did not have to do one thing but give the keys to the attendant when I dropped it off. And for pick up as well. It was so fast, easy and so convenient.
Great service. Easy parking, the bus takes you to the airport easy dropoff. Upon return after collecting our luggage we went out to the curb and hardly had to wait for the bus to pick us up and take us back to our car. Have used at Love Field but this was the first time at DFW. Will use again when we need parking.
Quick easy and convenient. I love the option for covered parking too. Thank you!
Everything, always on time - always kind.
GREAT SERVICE AND GRET PEOPLE
Very timely and treated me fairly even though I had a reservation for the other lot.
It was easy to find the parking lot, could see it from the highway. The shuttle came by the purple sign, just like the directions said it would and was very timely. Thank you
Convenience of use & feel our car is safe when we leave it in your hands
Covered parking, easy checkout, airport shuttle.
Quick shuttle from the airport to my car's parking spot. Friendly shuttle driver.
The Parking Spot JFK is convenient, the staff, from attendants to drivers are amazing, and the price is reasonably.
Will always use this location.

Nice helpful shuttle drivers. Usually fairly short wait.
Prompt service, good customer service
close to airport, reasonably priced, seldom have to wait long for shuttle at either end of trip, free water at check out
I like the convenience of parking and the short ride to the airport. I also like that the pickup transport vehicles are frequent and timely. The drivers are courteous and efficient in their services. Thank you.
Excellent service very reliable. Only use the Parking Spot
The Parking Spot Plus was very easy to use. Shuttle service arrived within a minute after we parked and then we were on our way to the airport. Return service was equally easy. A good value also!
Timely, friendly, and affordable.
The parking spot is a great place to leave your car or truck. My husband and I both use this place regularly .
Convenient. Dependable. Affordable.
There was a glitch in our billing due to power outage. When we came to pick our car up the cashier was very thoughtful and handle it efficiently. It was a very warm day and he was nice enough to offer us a bottle of cold water. We are over 70. And these kind of glitches can be very upsetting. He was nothing short of kind and respectful. Thx again.
convenient and quick
all around
The shuttle was there even at 3:30am, no waiting, very dependable
I like the friendly shuttle service - no matter who is driving, we get a smile and a hand with the luggage getting on and off the shuttle bus.
You have a great team!
Very friendly staff. Timely pick up and drop off. Easy to navigate making the reservation online.
I like that there are typically plenty of shuttles available, the website works well, and the points system is much appreciated.
