Great service, on-time pick-up from airport
Excellent experience with The Parking Spot at JFK! The reservation process was easy, the facility was clean and secure, and the shuttle service was fast and convenient. The drivers were friendly, professional, and helped with luggage, making the trip stress-free from start to finish.
The pickup after our flight was quick, and everything was well organized. I would definitely use The Parking Spot again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable airport parking at JFK.

The Parking Spot is easy to make a reservation on line, use the scanner when I get there and easy to get out.
The hardest part is waiting for a shuttle to take me to the airport. I waited the longest I have ever had to wait this last time, May 29th.
I have been parking there for years and years, since it was Parn 'n Fly.
Maybe you need more shuttles and don't try and pack them to the rafters with people.

Convenient
Covered secure parking. Bus service directly to car with help from drivers with bags.
The Parking Spot is great. It’s convenient, on time and very safe and easy. I only have a 9 and not a 10 because the shuttle buses are quite rough. Seems they could use new shocks or something. The drivers are great and are always very helpful. They get a 10.

More pick up busses at Airport. They always fill up. Squishy or have to wait for another And still be squishy

Easy no hassle in and out. drivers pick you up at your car and then bring you back to your car from the airport.
Excellent customer service
Convenience to airport; number of shuttles; most of the drivers are friendly and help me with my bag.
What I don't like is that the areas that have been redone have spaces that are so small, many of the trucks and larger vehicles that park in covered parking do not fit in the lines so they are taking up two spaces. This creates additional time to search for a covered parking space that I reserved and can actually get my car into.
