Did the valet service and it was wonderful. Beat my expectations. I liked having a warm place to wait, car waiting and warm, and the service of the employees. I just wish you went to the International Terminal as well, but then I only go international about once or twice a year.

Very quick from car to shuttle

It snowed during my time out of town. As it was early in the winter season, I had not yet put a snow brush in my car.

When we pulled up to my car, the shuttle driver quickly jumped out with a broom and cleared the snow from my vehicle.

I thought that was extra special service above what I expected.

I like that we are told where to park when we get in, that the shuttle usually picks you up fairly quickly, and that the shuttle drivers are willing to put your suitcase in your car for you when you have back problems.

Everything was great. My drivers both to and from the airport were extremely nice. It’s very convenient just dropping off your car and not having to worry about it.
