Parking under shelter for an extended period of time is great. To add to that benefit is the policy of accumulating points for free parking. What disappointed me was the rate at the time I booked was not the same rate I received on the final invoice. Don't make the offer if it is subject to change immediately. I clicked on $11.25/hour and ended up paying $15.50 - sort of a bait and switch!

Love Field location is very close to the airport so shuttles take no time at all. Shuttles are frequent. Reservations are easy through the app. Discounts make Parking Spot a economical option beating other parking options and ride shares.

The Parking Spot is consistently dependable. We have used it a few times after trips out of the Buffalo Airport.
It's easy to reserve a spot. When returning to pick up our car, the shuttle is where it should be picking us up at the airport and returning us to our vehicle.
Angelo was especially good when returning from a trip in the rain. Angelo instructed us to just get into the shuttle and he would get all the luggage. There were 4 of us traveling together so it was a good number of bags.
After getting us aboard the shuttle and on the way to our car, Angelo radioed a co-worker to tell him to look out for another customer that was on his way to the shuttle. To me it was above and beyond on a late, dark, rainy night.

The only place that I will park is at the Parking Spot North. The service provided is fast and the drivers are professional and friendly. I love that they pick me up at my vehicle and help with my bags. Complimentary water at the end of my journey is a nice touch and checkout is easy.
