That you get picked up by your car I pulled in parked and you was right there no wait

Convient place to park your car and shuttle to the airport. Cost less than trying to Uber or lyft.

The Parking Spot is safe, convenient, warm and welcoming staff. We shall return!

I like the new West location better than the prior South location as it is closer to the airport and the van service to the airport feels much safer than the high speed back roads that the
South lot has been using over the last year or so. I also like the design and efficiency of the expansive covered parking.

Since last time drivers get more friendly and helpful!

Everything!

Closer to our home on the West side, we don’t have to take I-70 to get there. The sports also slightly shorter drive to the airport. The shuttle driver was so professional and informative. I really wish I could give you her name. 10/10 for her. The person at the gate when we came in also very helpful with instructions to the lane we needed to drive to. So very good, I hope it stays that way.

Excellent pick up service and assistance with bags from driver.

The drivers are very courteous and helpful. I'm deliverd directly to my car, not some general area having walk up and down rows to find it. Reserving a spot ahead of time is great too.

Timely & Friendly! 👍

Convenient, well run & friendly, and reasonably priced!

The Parking Spot West is THE BEST parking lot in the BWI area. Not only isn’t easy to get to, safe and reasonable priced, they have the best shuttle service to BWI. The drivers are awesome. They are so nice and helpful. Always a hello, how are you and help with your luggage. I am barely out of my car and the shuttle is there to pick me up. As far as pick up at BWI back to the lot, I have never waited more than 5-10 mins for the shuttle. Usually I find it right away waiting to pick up customers. Those drivers always have a nice greeting and ask how my trip was.
I aways recommend The Parking Spot West to anyone I know flying out of BWI!

The lots are clean and well lit. The shuttles are on time and the drivers are polite and helpful.

Friendly and helpful drivers, very professional
Easy to book

Always a good experience. Drivers are always professional and helpful.

While convenient, the real bonus is the exceptional service provided by the shuttle bus drivers. One particular driver, Jack, was outstanding! He helped with my bag, offered just the right amount of uplifting conversation on the ride and made sure I got as close to my car as possible where he helped, again!, with my bag.

Outstanding service- thank you!

Close. Convenient. Efficient shuttle.

Fast, easy, convenient. Fair price. Courteous driver.

On time friendly

Easy to reserve and prepay and get in and out using the QR code. Also the AAA discount is nice and a bottle of water on the way out. I always need the water after flying for my 1 hr drive home. Thank you!!

Love to park here and the staff are very nice and helpful getting on and off the bus.

They listen. To my comments, good and bad.
Always helpful and courteous employees too.

Easy in and easy out. Great shuttle drivers. Courteous and professional.

Everything was very easy. Driver super nice and waited to make sure I was in my car and ok.

Dallas Love Field Parking Spot is the best!

Easy to use.

I appreciated how quickly I was picked by the shuttle and how courteous the drivers were, both departing and arriving from the airport.

I've parked with Spot several times.I always find it easy to make an reservation. The employees are always kind and helpful with my bags & picking me up at my car & dropping me off at my car so I feel very safe as a senior traveling alone at any time of day or night! Your drivers are always on time picking me up from the airports, DFW & Dallas Love. It's nice having a company that is well organized and well-run to depend on!
