Soon as we drove in. There was a nice woman who instructed us. Only because that was our first time there. When we got on the bus, the lady was really nice on our way back. The gentleman who dropped us off was extra nice as well.

Service you can cout on
We use the Parking Spot East several times a year--whenever we travel by plane. The drivers are always friendly and helpful. We never have to wait for more than a few minutes for the shuttle when we return home. It is easy to reserve your spot, and with the QR code, it's easy to enter and exit the parking area. And I add up my points for a free stay every so often. I am very happy with the Parking Spot East.

Close to airport. Prompt pick-up when we parked at 6 am and only had towait a few minutes upon our return to airport at 10:30 pm. Drivers helpful with luggage.

I use the Parking Spot every time I fly out of Houston Texas. The only problem I have is I used it on Monday, April 20 and had to pay $13.95 for three hours. Then I get an ad saying $6.95 a day to park.
I like absolutely everything about The Parking Spot. How close it’s to the airport, nice shuttle drivers, quick and easy check-in, car is ready in bay for pick up. One less thing to worry about.
