Easy in and out and the shuttle drivers are very helpful and professional. Also, the app lets you know where the shuttles are so your not guessing when you will be picked up upon returning.

Easy and convenient
Basically my wife and I love parking spot 2 in Houston. On 10/15 26 on our departing flight we parked at Spot 2 and your driver was terrrible. Seemed to be an Hispanic female. She drove terrible and caused us to almost miss our flight due to passing up the terminal. On the returning flight the gentleman driver did a great job as we’re accustomed to.
Ease of scheduling and plenty of shuttles going back and forth to the airport. Staff is helpful and friendly. Great job!

Convenient and professional
We entered the lot around 12:30 and were directed up the hill to the E lot. Regrettably we waited and waited for a van. My wife called and spoke to someone who said a van would arrive shortly. I dragged our three pieces of luggage down the hill where a van, driven by a driver who had just ended his break, picked us up. He was very apologetic even though the communication breakdown was not his fault. So what do I like? I like the ability to speak to a person on site. I also sincerely appreciate the van driver’s attitude. He completely defused my annoyance.
BTW on our return trip we mentioned our experience to another van rider. She said the same thing happened to her the previous week when she parked in the E Lot. Guess I need to avoid the E lot?
