Much better than previous trip. Bus was waiting and had room, no lines.
Convenient location to both SFO and OAK airports, frequency of shuttle service, discount program, and helpfulness of the drivers.
Easy in and out and very personable drivers.
Convenient, reliable
easy process, I feel my vehicle is safe
The bus drivers were so nice and polite. The lots are clean with high fences for security, worth the extra to get direct service to/from your car!
Very convenient. You need a way to pay ahead when you did not when things were first set up. If you have it, I could find it and had to pay when I exited the parking lot.
Friendly , helpful staff .very efficient service , love parking at your place!!!
