I love parking at The Parking Spot because it’s easy to make reservations and I like that I get a discount for pre-paying. Most times when we arrive to park, we are followed to our spot by the shuttle bus and picked up right away. The driver gives us a card with our parking spot number. At the airport we are dropped off at our terminal.
On our return, there are shuttle buses waiting outside to return us to our parked car. Also, on the card we got from the bus driver there are instructions on which door to go out of after collecting our luggage from baggage claim.
The drivers are courteous and helpful!

Twice we have had the pleasure of riding in Mr. Ron Hamlin's bus. He is the best! Positive, encouraging, lets his light shine, drives safely and quickly but not too rough, and goes the extra mile to park right in front of each one's vehicle, unloads the luggage gently, and even offers to lift it into the vehicle (actually does for those accepting his offer) before driving away! He's the best!!!
I do not wish to share this information publicly but I would request that Mr. Ron receive his appropriate kudos and affirmations from the supervisors. Well run operation, courteous employees, seem to care about the customer and enjoy what they do. Vans are almost always available. Much better run than LAZFly
