Drivers are always on time and very professional and friendly. Love using the Parking Spot.
The drivers were very courteous and drove us to our exact location of our car.
I lost my wallet and had no cash, credit card, keys or license. They allow me to wait in the office until I had a family member give me a spare key for my vehicle. Made sure I was okay when waiting in the office. Was able to use my son's credit card. Everyone was very helpful.
Convenient and affordable
I’ve been using the Parking Spot for years. I’ve watched them improve every time, until it’s now a seamless operation. The drivers are friendly and helpful, the parking is easy, and entrance and exit just right. I love the app feature that is just one touch and so fast. Very happy with the Spot.
