Love the parking spot but it has become pricey! $22 a day is expensive.

What I like about the parking spot I was running late because of traffic I couldn't miss the flight I got there literally no waiting I hopped on the shuttle he took me right to Delta spot three made my flight 8 minutes later they closed the boarding door. Doesn't get any better than that you got drivers at care and know what they're doing on my return flight I was tired My flight got in late and ice cold bottled water right before I left and it was free. I'm 2 hours away I grabbed four bottles by the time I got home I only had half of the last one left to drink.

The facility and staff are always first-rate.

Drivers are very helpful with suitcases. We don't usually have to wait too long (under 20 minutes). They seem to have good drivers.

There is ALWAYS a bus within a few minutes going to the airport. When we came in from Dallas this week there was bad weather in St. Louis and we had to divert at the last minute to Indianapolis for fuel, then returned to St. Louis. We were further delayed in baggage claim - but our bus was WAITING FOR US outside of Terminal 1 near midnight!! It was a really good end to a very long day!

There was NO waiting at any point during this most recent experience with The Parking Spot (I’ve used your services many times thru the years, for business and leisure): shuttle was ready when I arrived at 5:30 am when I flew out AND when I landed at 6:30 in the evening. And my car was ready for me when I got back to your home base. You guys know what you’re doing!

Friendly drivers and can always count on the shuttle being at the pick up spot timely.

We very much enjoy using The Parking Spot in Denver and the very helpful pick-up where we park and frequent shuttle runs to pick us up on our return artrival.

HOWEVER, as you know your parking stalls are designed to maximize the greatest number of car parking within the lot. As such the parking stalls are very cramped in size and realistically only accommodating for sedans. Thus, not at all accommodating for vehicles like a full-size pickup truck. As a full-size pickup owner for business, I would like to feel that you have the means for better accommodating vehicles like a pickup truck. For parking so far, in order to feel like I can adequately park, I have been borrowing my wife's mid-size sedan. I ASK that you set-aside some parking stalls at specific places in the parking lot that would better accommodate vehicles like a pickup truck. Maybe at specific places in the lot along the fence line.

it is everywhere i travel

Our pick up on departure day wasn't the best experience, we had to wait some time for a bus and it was very cold and windy. Once on the bus, it was a direct ride to the airport. Our pick up was great, very short wait for the bus and the driver was very helpful.
