Location, easy in, easy out. Quick transport to airport. Being picked up and dropped off at vehicle.
It was easy to reserve a spot and they offer covered parking. Friendly employees, even at 4:00 in the morning. Van was there waiting for us as we were taking our luggage out of the car. It was a short ride over to the airport and they dropped us off in front of our departing airline.
Our return was easy and the driver drops you off right in front of your car.

The staff inside the building behind the counter could be a little friendlier though. They generally seem annoyed when you walk up.
It would be helpful if you had more vans arriving to pick up passengers when flights come in. The last few times I’ve traveled I’ve had to wait for two to three different vans upon my return to BDL given the number of people waiting. Also, there is no set spot for the vans to pick people up at the airport which allows people to essentially cut in line. Wherever the van pulls up, people run over and those who happen to be standing in that spot get on first regardless of the fact that other people had been waiting longer than them. Better order would be appreciated and more fair! Also, again, additional shuttles at flight arrival times would be ideal as well!
