I can schedule my trips and parking ahead of time and be assured that I can get a safe and covered location for my vehicle. Their was a glitch with the equipment at the KCI parking location but there was a person to help coming and leaving days later.

Left cpap machine on bus Lady in the office worked hard to find which bus and it was returned promptly so I was able to make my flight on time and enjoy my vacation.

IT is always so easy. I never have to look very long for a covered spot. The shuttle is always there to take us to LAX right away. When we return home, we only have to wait a few minutes for the return shuttle, if at all.

I have used The Parking Spot 2 each time I travel and need to leave my auto, and each time the process goes smoothly and my auto is taken care of.

Efficient and fast service, so appreciated when I am on my way to catch a flight. Your shuttle drivers don't waste a minute! They are always gracious about loading my luggage on and off the shuttle.

Quick pickups in the ramp and airport.

I thought that indoor Parker’s were dropped off before people who were parked in the open lot. Maybe this has changed from a while ago, I was parked in the ramp and was dropped off after an outdoor lit group.

Convenient, fast, reasonable prices.

I like the ease of the shuttle bus. However I would lkie to add that the shuttle bus should take you to the airport when you get on instead of waiting 10 to 30 munites wating in the lot for other customers to arrive.

Everything is perfect here. They have enough bus drivers and they pick you up very fast. The only reason I didn’t do 10 is because someone needs to clean up the excessive amount of spiders and spider webs in the lot. You can see them better at night. It’s out of hand in some spots. One car was covered by the webs and spiders.

All in all they are very good. My one complaint is sometimes it takes awhile to get picked up when I arrive home. Not sure its because the shuttle gets full on the west side of DIA before it hits the east side or what. I've had to wait 15 to 20 minutes which is really too long especially when I see several shuttles from other companies go by even the Parking Spot South.
