Easy in and out.
The customer service, very friendly and helpful.
Convenient and cost- effective. Transit bus picked us up almost immediately after we parked in the lot. Upon return, had to wait a little while for bus to take us back to the lot (5 minutes). Bus dropped us right at our vehicle and waited until we were in. Always use the Parking Spot when we fly out of BWI.

About as easy as you can get and so close to the airport. They say the shuttles run nor more than 15 minutes apart, but my average time to wait is 0-5 minutes. Most of the time I pull up, they grab my bag and wait for me to check in. Yes, you can find cheaper places, but they are further away and the shuttles take longer.
Very convenient and amazing customer service
The shuttle was there about 10mins after I arrived. It was cool on bus, the driver was very helpful and helped me put bags in my car. Very good.
Easy pickup and drop off
I have used this service on several occasions and have found it to be the most convenient way to get to the airport. Parking is easy to access and it's easy to get to the parking space. The shuttle service is always timely and no stress getting to the airport entrance, regardless of terminal. Highly recommend Parking Spot. Definitely keeping their app.
Another great experience using The Parking Spot! I can’t tell you how much peace of mind this service brings me when I go on a trip. I don’t have to burden loved ones taking me to the airport and back, my car is safe behind secure gates, and the driver’s are always polite with a warm welcome and goodbye. Can’t recommend this enough!

Clean bus and helpful drivers
Staff at the entrance/exit of the parking areas are always friendly and helpful. Drivers assist with luggage and move us from the parking lot to our terminal safely. I will be booking again when we go on another vacation.

Frustrating that the bus was full of people going back to the lot but the bus driver insisted on stopping it every terminal and letting the people waiting know that he was full but another bus would be coming.
