the shuttle service is very convenient. Driver picks you up and drops you off directly at your vehicle, no waiting around.
They have constant shuttles from the airport. I get nervous just waiting around and I didn’t have to. The drivers were really nice and professional. They helped with my bags, they drove carefully. I arrived home really late last time and they waited to make sure I was secure in my car before driving off. I’ve used them several times and my experience has been good every time.
We had a great experience with The Parking Spot! The entire process was incredibly easy, from entering the lot to finding a parking space and getting on the shuttle.
What really stood out was the shuttle driver. We were traveling with a baby and had quite a bit of luggage and baby gear. The driver went above and beyond to help us load everything and made the entire experience so much easier. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
It’s the little things like this that make a big difference, especially when traveling with a young child. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely be using The Parking Spot again!

Easily accessible and pick me up quickly when I park. At the other Parking Spot 1, ATL, i've had to wait 10-15 minutes and end up calling someone to come find me. The Parking Spot 2 isn't like that. We love Parking Spot 2.
Service works well on domestic flights especially with new pick up area. However, the pick up area on the international flights is horrible, but probably responsibility of the airport itself. Overall, the website makes it very easy to book an appointment scanned by phone app on entry and exit and everything is smooth.

The convenience of the location and being able to get shuttled to and from makes it an easy choice. This past time I did have to wait much longer at my car for a shuttle even when over shuttles wrong right by me. I wish there was a better solution to knowing that a shuttle will be close to picking me up during drop-off.

The only complaint I would have, is it took almost 25 minutes for the bus to pick me up from my car. People and availability are on target 😊
