Service is back to the way it used to be... no shortage of shuttles.
With inconvenience
I used to park in blue at the airport, but I like Spot even more. It's not out of my way to come to that location... right by the airport. I like that I can check in with my phone when I arrive. I like that I can come at 4 o'clock in the morning if I need to and there's always somebody in that booth when you come in.
The only thing I don't like is that my car gets really dusty inside and out I but I like the price and I like that the drivers are usually quick to get us back to the lot from the airport. I like that they pick us up right at our car too. It's all good.

It was easy to park and get on the shuttle. We appreciated not having to wait for a shuttle to the airport. We were so happy when, just after a few minutes, a shuttle arrived to take us to our car. It is so hard to wait for a shuttle after a long flight, late at night and being so tired.

people are nice but too be honest al of your vans need work - the worst rides to the airport bumpy and loud
Reserving at Parking Spot Sepulveda is straightforward. The drop-off and pick-up services at LAX are also efficient, and the corporate discount applied during booking is a significant advantage.

Convenient locations, timely shuttles and courteous staff. I had a reservation for the open lot at Parking Spot 1 and didn't know how to get there. After messing up and not following direction, I ended up exiting the lot and had to go back around to the entrance. The attendant saw me coming and waived to me to follow her as she got into her car to lead me the lot. The was above and beyond and appreciated immensely as I was running behind for my flight. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name.
I want to thank the team member that covered up my car window, that I inadvertently left open.
