Drivers to and from airport were pleasant and very efficient!!!

How easy it is to park , be picked up and dropped off . Effortless!!!! I have used them a couple times now and would use them again. We got delayed in Atlanta and our car was still fine there. We did have to pay a lot more extra at the counter then if we were to extend our time online. So I highly recommend doing that if you realize before 12:00 a.m. your time up to do so. Great parking spot !!!

I love covered parking and being picked up and dropped off at my car. The drivers are helpful with my luggage, which is appreciated.

Very reliable service, friendly staff and convenient location

I took my 85 year old father to New York to see the Yankees play over the weekend. The shuttle service to the terminal on Friday and back from terminal on Sunday was great. The driver was very helpful to my father getting in and exiting the shuttle. Being picked up and returned to your vehicle with limited walking was also a plus. Thank you!

Ease of use. Good proximity to all locations I’ve needed

I like the friendliness of the driver's and how easy it is to check-in and park and exit. However, when I returned from my trip, the driver who was picking up said that he couldn't lift my suitcase because he was on restrictions from lifting. Okay, that's fair. However, I too, was on weight restrictions from surgery as well and I also couldn't lift my suitcase because it was 50 pounds. Luckily, my son was with me and was able to lift it into the shuttle. What if my son wasn't with me? What if the passenger was a little 90 year old man/woman who couldn't lift their suitcase? How would they have gotten it up into the shuttle? Maybe that driver should have stayed on medical leave until he was off weight restrictions, or just been assigned to a different job until he was well enough. Unfortunately, that driver didn't get a tip because we were basically doing his job. I'm not sure I'd the other passengers experienced the same thing with him but this was my experience.

Easy booking, easy in and out. Best part is that all of the drivers I have encountered are polite, friendly, courteous and always willing to assist. This is why I use “ The Spot “.
