Driver Angelo was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately I was in a medical boot, he carried my bags and put them in the back of my SUV for me. I was not expecting that. A++ go out to Angelo!

The service was great. The shadow was waiting for us when we arrived. We got over to the airport in no time. And when we arrive back using the app, the shuttle was waiting for us in the blue zone. I took us right back to our car the easiest I’ve ever experienced.

I loved the ease of the valet service. The only problem we had was that the shuttle driver did not drop us off at our gate. He assured us it would be better if we to a 30 second walk to the terminal. However it was not a 30 second walk and I was with two passengers who need wheelchairs. Those were already set up with American Airlines. But we were dropped at the Delta terminal and told to walk. It was no easy task as I had one passenger in a boot who could not walk the airport and one with a bad back and knees who could not walk the Airport. We were told by Delta that we couldn’t “use their chairs, we had to go to AA.” But had we been dropped off at the correct terminal this would not have been an issue. He reason we paid for the better spots and Valet was to eliminate the need of walking the airport. I will say on the way back, we had zero problems with our service. Just the drop off part was was an issue. Please make sure your drivers are taking your customers to the correct terminals. It’s very frustrating to pay for a service that is not provided even though it was promised.

Overall I like Parking Spot - it's easy to make reservations, the shuttle is consistent and observable with the app. All in all it's pretty smooth.

Always friendly drivers. Never had to wait for a shuttle to pick us up. Out return driver put our bags right in our trunk for us! A+
