The service was wonderful. This was our first time with Park N Fly and it could not have been easier. We were greeted and shown exactly where to park. The driver then followed us to our spot and helped with all the luggage. Next thing we knew we were at the airport. The return trip was just as smooth. The driver was waiting for up and took care of everything. Absolutely the best service. We will definitely be using Park N Fly again!!

I liked how convenient and easy it was to scheduling my parking arrangement online. I also liked how easy it was to enter and exit the parking facility by just scanning the QR code. I would definitely recommend the Parking Spot.

Extremely satisfied with the frequency of Shuttles and ease of parking and quick pickup and drop off. Needs improvement -
1) Parking lot can be more brighter
2) Shuttles are loud and lot of rattling. Please get some new fleets.

Staffed 24x7, covered parking, airport shuttle service, and reasonable pricing makes this a great option for airport parking. This will be my go to choice every time I fly from the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport.

Love how simple it is to book in advance on the website or app. Hardly any weight for the shuttle when I park or when I'm at the airport trying to get back to the parking spot. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. Will always use this company to park at. Doesn't matter where I'm at.

I like the entire process, from using the app to make a reservation, to the easy entry procedure at the lot, to the shuttle drivers and the card they provide with the spot number. All very simple and smooth. I also appreciate the water that is available as we leave the lot.
