The ease of your service. I love the covered parking. There is always an attendant you can ask questions to. The pickup service is very timely. The busses are clean and the driver is very helpful. I would not choose any other parking service.

We didn’t have to rely on someone else to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. We didn’t really have anyone. 3:00am and got back really late. The shuttle picked us up at our car and took us back to our parked car. The driver helped us lift our luggage. The car was protected in a car park.

Parking Spot 2, in my mind, has always been the most convenient to get in and out of. Unless the lot was full, I've always used covered parking. Now that "Parking Spot" owns multiple parking lots on Camp Creek Pkwy, I still like what is called Parking Spot 2 the best.

I had to loop back to my vehicle for something I forgot and the driver made sure that I made it back to my gate in time. Pick up and drop off were both right at my truck as I parked and the driver was quick to help me with my luggage. I wish I could remember his name. Great experience!
