I like the convenience of Parking Spot Fly, and ease of using preferred parking.

There is never a wait for the bus when inside the parking lot or at the airport when returning home.

The employees are always friendly, and getting a nice cold bottled water on the way out is always a plus.

I also enjoy earning points for free parking.

I used to use another Parking spot lot, the one with valet service, but I started experiencing longer than expected waits for busses and delays in my car being brought to me. I am glad that I changed over to the Parking Spot Fly as they have exceeded my expectations.

I love the car to gate and gate to car service. As a women traveling alone, in December, where the weather can be unpredictable in Kansas City, I love the fact that I can park in the covered parking, my vehicle is safe, my driver gets my bags in and out of my car and in and out of the bus.

I had made my reservation before I could apply two free days I had earned from a previous visit.
That would have paid for half of my current reservation. NOT Good.
