We use the Parking Spot because we can guarantee covered parking and the courtesy van is right there to pick us as we are parking the car. Our drivers have always been friendly and courteous. We are able to tip using the app meaning I don’t have to worry about having cash.

After being delayed on our return flight from SLC for 5 hours and finally arriving at IAH at 10:30pm, we were delighted to walk out and see the Parking Spot 2 shuttle pulling in. We only circled to one other terminal, and the driver took us right on to our vehicle.

Parking Spot South is close to the airport, less expensive than on site parking and the shuttle makes getting to the terminal and back very easy. The app is a big help, especially when waiting for pickup after arrival. The drivers have been great, loading and unloading luggage. I am very happy with parking spot south.

I appreciate the prompt pick up and returns to and from the airport. This recent time with parking, I ended up parking in a spot close to the from of Premium - and got passed by 3 different buses. I understand that it was my fault for not going where the shuttles were picking up, but with plenty of parking spots available I didnt assume this was a problem.

Friendly staff

Oh my, 7 star from the beginning of dropping of our car to returning home. Very friendly staff, my family and I travelled to buffalo as we are from Canada and we don't have enough seat on our car so the other 2 kids (cousin) got dropped off at parking spot. The lady at the gate was so friendly and helpful on July 31 at 4 or 4:30 pm does not want the boys to walk all the way to our parking spot (i or j), our driver also was friendly at the time.

Coming back on Aug 8, the driver (josh/john) remembered us from when we started our trip. My brother was at the gate waiting to pick up the other 2 kids (cousins), our driver offered to dropped off the kids at the gate (awesome job) the staff at the gate is also friendly. Will be using parking spot from now on and already recommended to friends and family.

It’s easy to find your lots. It’s very organized and to have someone drop you off and pick you up from the airport is awesome. Everyone is friendly too!!! Great job!!!
