Guest Testimonials

The convenience and price

The driver picked us up very quickly, was extremely nice (drivers are not always friendly but he was). Bus was clean, dropped us off promptly. The spaces are very narrow but we bring our smaller car. Same for getting home, picked us up quickly, all was well. Exactly what I expect

The drivers were kind, timely, and it was easy to book a reservation

The very caring people that work there

We arrived late in the evening. We called for a shuttle and they arrived very quickly. My wife and I started using the Parking Spot a few years back. 100% satisfied with their service and friendliness.

courteous drivers, availability of spaces

Easy check in and out. It is a convenient way to arrive at the airport with pick up. Exiting is a little difficult to do from the cover parking when it is late and dark.

Efficient! Advance booking and easy arrival and checkout process. Minimal waiting to be picked up from airport, drop off at car

Always great service

Prompt on shuttle to and from airport. Reassuring that my car will be safe while I am away.
