Ease of scheduling, drop off and pick up. On my most recent stay BWI received much snow and ice. The shuttle driver was so helpful to me in getting my car out of the snowy, iced in spot. He was amazing!

We entered the parking lot with ease. The signage to find a spot was easy to follow. The pick up at our spot was quick and the driver was helpful with our bag. The ride to the airport was very short. We arrived back around midnight and called for a pickup and the van came in an acceptable time period. After dropping a number of passengers off at their vehicles we were dropped at ours and again this driver was helpful and cared out bag right to our car.
