Shuttles are always available to take to and from airport. It’s an easy transaction if you prepay for parking and just drive in and find a spot.

My experience was wonderful. The ease to reserve a parking spot online and in advance, with a QR code, made my entrance and exit very easy. A driver was at my spot to pick me up before I could exit my car and get my luggage out.
The drivers, both going and coming were very nice and polite. I'll be back again.

Was very easy to book a spot online. Shuttle was very quick. Flight got delayed and didn't get in until 3am. Shuttle was there in less than 10 minutes. Water bottle at the exit was much appreciated. Had a small issue with paying but the attendant was extremely helpful at resolving the issue.

I love how automated the system is. I do not like that the top deck had very little snow removal which caused me to nearly miss my flight. (i got stuck trying to back into a space.)

Appreciate the prompt Shuttle pick up, in the lot and at the airport. Also, like the designated pick up areas denoted at the terminal pick up areas - the designated spots eliminate confusion and chaos when boarding a shuttle.

Shuttle arrived with perfect timing to pick us up at Newark Airport Terminal A and had our car waiting with the heat on which was perfect since it was so cold out. Highly recommend!

Everything is good except trying to get a sale price if I already have a reservation. I should be able to get the sale and not have to cancel but just modify my reservation to include the sale price or make the new reservation and cancel the old or figure out what's the best deal without a mess
