Lots of shuttles so you don’t have to wait too long

First time user. Departing, the shuttle was at my vehicle before I was even unpacked and took us to the airport right away. On the return, the shuttle was waiting at the airport and left right after we got on getting us to our vehicle about as fast as possible. Friendly woman at the booth and also the drivers were friendly and helpful. Very pleased with this service.

The people! Kathy at the gate is always so friendly. Always a laugh and a smile when I pull in. I left something on the bus and when I called, she answered and I knew I would be taken care of. The drivers are always friendly as well. While I don’t remember all their names, Tracy sticks out. I haven’t seen him in a while.

Super easy to get in and out don’t have to wait long to get picked up at the airport

It is so easy. I appreciate staying away from the parking madness at the airport.

It was very easy to make our reservation. We got in and out with no problem. Even though I have never used it, there is a complementary car wash. And you can get a bottle of cold water in the way out. This was super welcome after a long flight. Once in the past, they were experiencing computer problems due to a power outage. We could not pay at the “machine”, and had to go to the booth. The woman who worked there could not have been nicer, even though she had to deal with a lot of irate customers.

The shuttle to and from the airport where somebody takes the suitcase out of my car and then put the suitcase in my car. There's always a shuttle you don't have to wait. They get you there fast and are very pleasant. The various parking sales that they have are fabulous. You don't have to wait long at the airport to pick up your shuttle to go back to the lot. I can't think of anything negative to say and I think the price is just right

Pick up and drop off at my car! I've never had to wait long at all for a bus at my car or at the airport coming back. The drivers and people at the booth are always very nice and friendly. And the bottle of water leaving is always needed and appreciated!

Good location and good service

The staff is friendly, courteous and willing to help out. I was informed when I dropped off my car that they had a special program for people who needed assistance with mobility issues - they drive me to the airport in my car and then drive my car to me at the airport at the end for me to drive home. This allowed me to not have to struggle to get on the shuttle buses. This was an awesome service and I look forward to using it again in the future. Overall I would heartily recommend The Parking Spot for anyone of my friends to use.

I never have to wait long for them to pick you up at the airport to bring you to your car. The ticket tells them where your car is and they pick up and drop you off at your car. Price is much better than airport.
