Great services. My car battery didn’t have enough charge to start after we returned to the lot. I called the office and received a jump start within 15 minutes. I use their app and it works great.
Convenient to airport with shuttle
Availability of parking, proximity to the airport, and shuttle pickup time and drop offs.
We had no issues.
Quick and easy
The ease of reserving a parking spot, the hours of availability, 24 hrs shuttle service to the airport and reasonable cost to park
Parking discounts and good service
It is convenient to the airport. The shuttle runs frequently and you rarely have to wait to be picked up. The last thing I want when arriving home from a trip is waiting to be picked up by the shuttle.
Consistent on the spot service, both at parking lot & at airport!
User friendly and worry free
I always park at The Parking Spot when flying somewhere. It’s easy and convenient! It’s always a short ride to the airport and the pickup when coming home is always fast!
It's easy to get to without a lot of direct airport traffic. Shuttles run often, drivers friendly and helpful.
The shuttle service to and from the airport is great. I don’t think I have waited longer than 10 minutes for the shuttle either at the parking spot or airport. I have had to wait up to an hour when using other parking garages.
Close, convenient
It just convenient and hassle free.
You can plan ahead. Discounted prices. Courteous and friendly drivers. New covered spacious parking.
No issues parking and shuttles were fairly fast.
I like the user friendly app to reserve your spot. The quick scan to enter and quick pick up is helpful. The bottle waters upon exiting is critical on a hot day returning to as hot car.
Very fast, dependable and reliable! Have used for years and relieves the stress of getting to the airport.
Friendly and courteous employees
Website easy to access & make reservations
Covered parking or extra wide parking spaces options
Good access to shuttle service both at lot and airport.
Your parking lot is not like a mine field. You get your riders to the terminal, not waiting to fill the shuttle up. Your drivers are attentive.
Speedy return service.
Close and quick!
The ease of booking and the overall service. Everything went smoothly.
