Process easy to book & convenient, plenty of options spots available, great price . All drivers were AMAZING, buses were available, but slow compared to The Parking Spot 1 buses. My plane was delayed by 2 hours & I went on the app changed the time & no extra charge. I always give an extra 1.5 hour leeway from when my flight arrives. Absolutely will use again.

The app was easy to make a reservation on as well as adjust my reservation.
When I arrived, I scanned the QR code, and tapped my payment. I found a covered spot fairly quickly. The shuttle driver picked me up within a minute of parking, he gave me a ticket with my Parking Spot on it. We drove around the parking lot for a few minutes picking up a few other people and I was to the terminal within about 10 minutes, the shuttle driver helped me with my bags.
On my return trip, I waited about five minutes for the shuttle to arrive the driver helped me with my bags, I gave him my Parking Spot ticket and an under 10 minutes. I was at my car ready to leave. Re-tapped my payment, grabbed a bottle of water and was on my way home less than five minutes after reaching my car.
All in all convenient affordable service!

The Vans are generally on time. Very seldom I have to wait more than 10 minutes. When I get home and I'm looking for the van at the airport there's always seems to be one there. Drivers are very courteous
Our drivers talked to us and reminded us to save our Parking Spot information. Give a recommendation to take a picture since we sometimes lose our paper. They didn’t take long to pick us up and I loved how the app showed true time location.
