The app is easy to use and checking in and out is fast . The drivers are helpful and friendly. Alonzo amd Janice are super. The price is a bit high but the special pricing is offered fairly often. Some of the shuttles need a refresh.

Access to the facility, getting in & out was very easy. Making reservations on line was simple and convenient and we had to amend our reservation, due to flight schedule changes, and that was easy as well. Prices were very reasonable and the shuttle service was good and the shuttle staff was helpful and friendly! But what I appreciate the most was, our flight was delayed by several hours so when we got back to our vehicle we had exceeded our time by over an hour and we’re not charged extra to exit the lot (like some other places) because we had pre-paid the parking reservation. Thank You Parking Spot for exceptional service and convenience. You will always be my “spot” of choice!!😊
Convenient to airport, easy to make reservations, check in, dependable shuttle service. Covered parking. So much easier than trying to park at the airport. I will definitely use The Parking Spot any time I need to park for travel.
