The where to find the van on the return worked well, this was a big relief when you are returning home from a long flight and you are jet lagged to the max.

On Monday Sept 9, 2024, I entered the ATL Parking Spot 1 using the entry gate for "PREMIUM COVERED" parking. (reservation Confirmation#:Phone number removed19). The entire Premium area was full! I had to park in the very back covered area. I still had to pay for Premium covered parking. The gate should have been blocked since the area was full. Before returning to ATL, I tried to change the type of parking on the app but I could not find a way to adjust it. How can I get a price adjustment or what should I do for this issue?
