Great place to park, easy to get to and easy pick up. Only problem, only one driver available on the Saturday night we came in. Once the driver came, he was there talking to himself and laughing, acting strange......

Easy and convenient. Very efficient and our driver was extremely helpful
Very convenient on the way in and quick.
Only issue has been on the way back with late flights - typically waiting for a couple of shuttles.
Every time we have used The Parking Spot, a van has immediately arrived at our car when we park in the lot, the driver helps us load the luggage, and we are taken to the drop-off point in perfect timing. This is service. The same can be said when we arrive back at the airport after the trip. There is always a van waiting for its customers to arrive, and again, the driver is so helpful in every way. Being able to pre-pay online is also another perk that I like as I do not have to worry about payment when we get back. Keep up the good work and the wonderful customer service that you offer.
