Easy to reserve using app, wait time going and coming super short, friendly drivers who often help with putting items onto shuttle and taking them off. Like having access to much needed water after multiple flights when I don’t have time to drink any.

It was convenient. On top of that, while exiting the lot I had trouble scanning my credit card so I had to step out of my vehicle. While doing so I accidentally dropped my wallet which was on my lap. I did not find out about it 30 minutes later when I reached home. When I called The Parking Spot, I was told that someone had turned in the wallet to the manager and I was able to go back and pick it up. I was so relieved.

Easy parking and airport access! No more wandering around a dark parking garage looking for a Spot or worse, looking for where the car is parked after a long flight or vacation. No hassle and less expensive than the airport parking garage. Just get out of your car, get in the shuttle and get dropped off at your terminal. Easy peasy!! Where has this been all my life?? My only regret is not trying it sooner!!!

I did not like having to wait 40 minutes by my vehicle for the shuttle to the terminal at 7am.
I did not like circling the parking lots because my driver wasn't familiar with the former Park N Fly oversized parking area.
