I love this service. I wish there were more signs up in the lot telling you to save your parking spot number. I almost missed my flight because the driver was dead set on getting the exact number of my parking spot after I ran across a couple aisles to catch the shuttle. I couldn't remember, and he insisted that we drive back down the lane and look for it. Please put up signs or something saying to remember your number. Or tell the driver to just get the aisle number if the passenger doesn't know the number.

How easy the process is

The drivers are extremely helpful. They are right there to pick you up at the parking lot and the airport.

With only one exception, I am very happy with the Parking Spot in Buffalo. They are prompt and efficient, getting me to and from the airport right away. Twice, I returned from trips to find a dead battery and both times the driver assisted me in jumping my vehicle and getting me going.

(The exception was on April 3 when we were not picked up at our car for almost 30 minutes. It was pouring rain and my traveling companion was not impressed! I did tell her that was not the norm)

The ease of reserving a spot is great the app even for an old guy like me is extremely user friendly. The pickup and drop off process is flawless.. Drivers are very courteous and the water case at the exit is a great touch. My wife and I are always thirsty when we get back from a plane ride and with an hour drive a head of us whether we are at Philly or Newark sure means a lot. I was in Customer Service for 17 years and all your attention to detail makes for a great experience at Parking Spot. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
