The drivers were prompt and flexible. The driver made sure I had noted my spot upon leaving which made it easy for the driver on the way back to find my vehicle with ease.
It’s super easy to park there, I’ve never waited more than a few minutes for a shuttle. The shuttle drivers and booth attendants are super nice, friendly and helpful. They have sales and deals that make parking there very reasonably priced.

It's always easy and convenient to book and get in and get out. I wish the shuttles ran a hair more often so that's the only reason you don't get a 10. It's not enough to be frustrating, but it would be nice.

Great location that is easy to get to without fighting the "city traffic". Prompt service and efficient pick-up. Employees are always very friendly! All around safe environment.

Derrick the driver helped me with finding a better parking spot due to my vehicle being larger. He was super helpful and saw that I could use a better spot and he had already scouted one out for me. He was super friendly and very congenial to all passengers.
