Very easy to use. The staff was very friendly. Even gave us water at 1am when we were leaving.

Everything

Prompt and professional, highly recommended!

This parking facility is the most convenient with respect to beltway 8. The shuttles arrive promptly at the parking facility and the terminal. Drivers are helpful loading and unloading baggage from the shuttles.

Fast response for pickup in the lot.

Simple but arriving at the parking lot as well as simple to get back to my car after the trip.

great services, easy commute

I like the Premium covered as your car is better protected and you get dropped off first when returning.

Great service

Complete ease of getting in and out no matter what time of day I park

I like The Parking Spot because I feel my car is protected when I go away. The staff there are very patient and friendly.

I have given The Parking Spot North a lower score previously because of the difficulty I had finding the entrance. There needs to be more signage with arrows because the entrance is easily missed.

The bus was there for us almost immediately, the drivers were very nice and helpful, and the bottle of ice cold water at check out was a very pleasant (and much needed) surprise!

Me gusta lo cerca que está del aeropuerto y lo eficaz del servicio .
No tienes que esperar para que el camioncito pase por ti a tu carro y te lleve al aeropuerto y no tienes que esperar mucho de regreso

I like the greeting I receive from an attendant in the booth when I arrive to check in. I like the ease of checking in with the app and scanning the QR code. I like the ability to get a bottle of water especially on these hot days. I like the friendly drivers I have encountered and the help I have received in handling my luggage. I like that the AC is working and cool when I get on the shuttle bus. I like that I get picked up and dropped off at my airport terminal.

Excellent!

I like that it is completely covered. The spaces are very narrow and I have gotten several door dings. I would like to point out that if the person that tells you where to park would be a little more proactive she wouldn’t have to scream over the noise in the area.

Friendly, helpful, convenient, affordable

I am so happy when I get a bottle of cold water when I leave. I have 1 hour drive home. Thank you

The frequency of buses. Price. Nice touch with water available on the way out. It was my first time using your service and everything was great. The drivers as well were very nice. I look forward to parking with you again. Cheers, Norm.

Convenient

Convenience and time saving

Great service. Free upgrade

Employees

Extremely convenient. In and out so easy. Pay in advance works great. I feel secure there. Also my car battery died and the bus driver tried to help with a battery pack jump. I really appreciate that. I wouldn’t park anywhere else.

The service was prompt and easy to use. The drivers were very couteuse and helpful. The card we were given to hand the driver upon return is a great idea.

Love the location, love the kindness of the drivers love the fact that when you get there, there is a bus ready to transport you and I've been utilizing your services for many many years and I recommend people all the time

Conveniently close to the airport and saves on parking fees compared to onsite parking.

Very prompt. Did not have to wait long for shuttle. Easy in and out.
