It’s convenient and dependable
Ease of use, minimal to no wait times, and cheaper than airport parking garage parking
The Parking Spot is a great airport parking service! They pick you up and drop you off right at your vehicle and assist in loading and unloading luggage in and out of the shuttle bus.
Ease of use
The bus driver came out to help us put luggage in the bus and take it out.
Shuttles are waiting when I get to the Parking Spot. They follow me to park and are ready to go immediately. Prompt to pick up at the airport.
Location and price is great. However, this experience was less than optimal. The driver that took us to the airport did not speak a word of English and did not appear to understand a word of English. He picked up enough people to fill the shuttle. As each person got on, he asked what their space number was and then he parked the shuttle and got off. With everyone sitting on the shuttle, he walked to every space and wrote down everyone's vehicle information and then came back and passed them out. No one on the shuttle felt that this was very efficient and it certainly did not help that he could not even communicate with us at all. There must be a more efficient way to do this.

Easy to use. Just follow directions to park vehicles. The shuttles are in that area, spot you as you’re parking, and are right there by the time you get your luggage,
The best part of traveling. Fast friendly service.
The Service was outstanding! The facility ran like a well oiled machine! No worries, no waiting, answered quickly if I had a problem. Made our travel experience smooth.
The fact that your shuttles are always there - lot and airport. No waiting at either end is a big plus
