I personally thought that all of these parts of your service were smart, and a good fit: Covered parking, plenty of room in the parking spots (I drive a truck and it fit nicely), app functionality to reserve a parking spot, app functionality to pay, and app functionality to request the shuttle bus for pick up. Great service, and every Parking Spot employee that I came in contact with was excellent to deal with.

Easy to make the reservation, good service during the whole process; from entering the lot, taking the shuttle, and exiting. There was a slight hiccup with the QR code not being recognized, but an associate sorted it out.

I like that it is close to the airport and confident for flying out of Lambert. We will definitely park there again.

The covered parking is great and secure. The main reason we like using you and this location is the price is good and there are always a good number of shuttles to pick us up at the airport. The JFK location used to by our go to place, but the shuttles were so infrequent and we noticed Will Clayton 2 always sent lots of shuttles.
