Parking Fly is very convenient and usually there is a less than 5-minute wait for the shuttle. I tend to travel for business, so I book premium uncovered. I have not had any issues with the parking spot.

the attendant at Buffalo on 4/3 at 5pm and 4/11 at 5pm was excellent. I can't remember her name, but she was the only one working in the kiosk so you should be able to figure out who she is based on the dates and times.
She was exceptionally helpful and went out of her way to help us with trouble that I had on the self-service machine both on the way in and out.
The shuttle drivers on both departure and return were great as always. Extremely helpful with the luggage which is amazing when we're traveling with our small kids.
