Shuttle drivers are always pleasant and helpful. Got back after the last snow/ice storm and to my surprise, my vehicle was cleaned off. We still had issues digging our car out, due to the ice, but one of the cashiers offered for us to use one of the parking lots shovels. That enabled us to get out without my son having to travel from NJ to shovel us out.

The valet service. There was an ice/snow storm while we were at the parking spot. It was nice to have the car ready and warmed up when we arrived. The airport shuttle was fast and easy to use.

Only suggestion would be the pick up spot on terminal two. During inclement weather standing outside in the cold rain and snow is an issue.
