Quick in and out
The uncovered lots are well lit and its very convenient to make the reservation online. A shuttle will often follow you as you park so there is no waiting. Similarly, when dropping off, the shuttle driver will wait until you get in your car.

Everything was smooth
I love that I can come as close to the airport as I need to, park easily and then hop on a bus that will take me right to my terminal. I don't have to fight traffic all the way through. It's WONDERFUL!!!!! I recommend The Parking Spot to anyone traveling out of LAX who fights to get there or spends obscene amounts of money on Uber/Lyft/Taxi to get there and back.
