The girl that took us to the airport was so friendly, insisted on helping place my luggage in the van. Then helped put my luggage out of the van.
The man that picked us up to take us back to our car on our return home, did not even offer to place our luggage in the van and didn’t bother to get up to help unload the luggage.

Initially I thought, leaving my car at some private parking would be expensive and there would be no proper surveillance. However, when I chose The Parking spot services, I found that everything was readily available at my fingertips, from booking the spot to locating the shuttle in the app. Everything was made convenient. I would certainly opt for this service again.

I really like your drivers. They are always so friendly and upbeat, which is especially nice when coming back from a trip. You can be tired and just ready to get home and they smile when taking your bag and ask if you had a nice flight.
I also like the location of Parking Spot #1, so close to the airport.
And it's great how the attendants point me to my spot, so clear and easy to find.

We always park in Parking Spot 3 when we travel from Lambert St. Louis. It is close and service is great always arriving quickly to pick us up and then to bring us back. I feel safe in the parking lot and do not worry about my vechicle.

I love knowing that my car was in a gated. Area well, lit in taking care of in a covered spot. Until I returned back to dallas

We love the convenience, the efficiency, cleanliness of the busses, and friendly, helpful drivers we have always encountered

I had an issue in which we had to wait 45 min for a shuttle all the while seeing multiple shuttles for other parking spot locations.

I was contacted by the manager and we discussed the problem and my concerns to use this location again.

I was happy to get a response and see action was taken and my concerns were addressed.

Amazing system overall. It was very easy to book and use the app to check in and out. Shuttle drivers are amazing.
