The online payment and app for detetmining the locations of the shuttles is outstanding.
Quick and easy! We checked in with the QR code, the attendant at the gate told us which direction to go, we parked and were picked up within 5 minutes. The ride to the airport was quick and smooth, we were dropped off exactly as promised and didn’t worry about our car the entire time we were gone. When we got back to Columbus the line for the shuttle was pretty long so we didn’t make the one that was just pulling up but another one showed up less than 10 minutes later. We were dropped off right in front of our car which was exactly as we left it and leaving the lot was a quick scan of the QR code. 10/10, will definitely recommend and use again.

I love the convenience of the parking. It’s so easy to come in and out of the lot. This is my first time, so I had to interact with the rude lady at the booth because I didn’t have to pre-pay.

I prefer the covered parking The Parking Spot provides. I appreciate the fact that it is located near the airport and the free shuttle to the terminals. But most important to me is the 24 hour security, so that I do not have to worry about my vehicle while I am on a trip.
