We have always had a great experience parking there however this time when we got there when we checked in the gentleman at the check-in center was very rude to us. We wanted to park in the front. There were thousands of empty spots in the front he shoved us in the back corner he mumbled when he talked. We had to come back to verify cause we couldn’t understand what he said, and we asked him multiple times. That was the first bad experience that we had the guy driving the shuttle buses was fantastic. No problem, but that guy at check in the morning we got there was extremely rude and ignorant.

I love that you can do everything online before you get there so you just check in with your barcode & park, you do not have to wait for anyone. Also, the shuttle is very quick, usually only takes a minute or so & they are so friendly & helpful.Even if your flight is delayed, it's easy to catch the shuttle back right to your car! Also love, the spot club where you can get points & rewards!
