The convenience of this service and the friendly drivers that assist! We love having a cold refreshing water upon our exit! I will say, this last trip we experienced a little hiccup when parking and waiting for the shuttle. For the first time ever, we were left standing in the rain when we thought a shuttle was coming in to pick us up. Instead we watched as cars pulled in and were immediately picked up. Once I found a phone number and was able to speak to someone, our shuttle came within minutes.

Love the parking spot. After returning to my car from vacation I realized I had a completely flat tire. A Parking Spot employee was kind enough to air up my tire so I could get to the nearest tire shop. So thankful!

Generally, a well run service. However, some of the drivers don’t work hard enough to earn a tip.
Some need to help older folks, more willingly, with their bags.

They are more helpful when unloading.

It was very prompt. I had to reserve my parking space extremely last minute due to an emergency and the prices were still fairly reasonable. I was a little worried since it was a very early flight that the bus would take a little bit longer, but it was so fast.
