It was relatively smooth from srart to finsish. Easy access to facility and quick pick up in the lot. Only complaint was the wait for the shuttle upon returning. It says the shuttles run every 10 - 12 minutes but we waited well over 20 minutes. Had to call the number and still waited. Almost like there was only one shuttle running both departures and arrivals.

When specials or coupons are available, this is a great alternative for travel. The service is consistently good, and I have not had any problems with pickup, drop-off, or safety concerns.
It was easy to park and the van picked me up within minutes. On my way back from the trip, the van also picked me up quickly at the airport. Drivers are helpful and polite.
