I love the safer parking option. I also like that you are picked up and dropped off at your vehicle. It is very convenient nit to have to enter the airport and navigate to the parking options and the hassle of traffic. Will definitely use The Parking Spot again!

Door to door pick up & drop off

The last 3 trips we were riding in new vans/trucks. Awesome, clean, super comfortable, quiet, not so squeaky and loud. Great improvement.

And Both drivers were awesome and accommodating and courteous.

The return trip, a van was ready, we were the only clients. The driver radioed, and another van was going to be there shortly, so he took us like a private shuttle, because the other van was so close. Awesome. I really appreciated that the communication was so efficient, and that we didn't have to wait long, a decision was made and well executed to get us back to the lot.

Generally quick service going to and from the airport

They pick you up right away when you arrive and park your car. After our trip, we didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to return to our car. This last trip we had a dead battery. They were so helpful in helping us to jump start our car. At first, we couldn't get our car started, so we called our Motor Club, The Parking Spot took us to their office and offered us hot coffee and cookies. After about 30 minutes, our Motor Club still didn't show up. The manager offered to try to jump start our car one more time with one of their trucks and that worked! Our car started and we were on our way home. Everyone was so nice and friendly, and we didn't feel like we were a burden to them, thank you so much everyone at The Parking Spot for helping us to get back home! Much appreciated.
