I have always had a good experience with the Spot. Particularly when I accidentally left my phone on a shuttle one evening. I was the last one off and didn’t realize I had dropped it until I went to get inside my car. I couldn’t catch the driver but I found someone at the entry gate who radioed the driver who immediately returned with my phone in hand. Great people, great service, decent rates.
