The parking was covered!!! It snowed almost a foot while we were away and we came back to a clean car!! It was amazing. You accept AAA discounts which is also a bonus.

Convenient and generally fast transit into the airport. Pickup times are sometimes longer depending on how busy the airport is at certain times.

It was great. The shuttle service was also very quick.
The parking lot was full of snow when we returned from the Caribbean and it took me 3 hours to dig out.. You should have a better method of cleaning your lots. The snow was pushed in front of the cars preventing them from getting out of the parking spaces.
I do like parking there in good weather. I like your buses coming to your car and loading the luggage onto the bus also on the return trip. The cost to park there is very resasonable.
This was my first time using the Parking Spot. From the reservation to using the app, it was easy to make the reservation and check in/out of the parking area. The gentleman onsite that morning answered my questions and directed me to where to park. The pick up shuttle was timely and that I see how close it was on the app was great!
