They pick you up from your car and carry your luggage into the shuttle. They carry your luggage and place it on the unloading area at the airport. Last visit the driver put our luggage into our car. We have used Spot Parking the past six years and have received excellent service.

The parking lot was super easy to park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the terminal was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a smooth during my departure and arrival which was nice. I like that the bus drives around and pick you up. I'm not sure how that'll work if it was cold outside but it was a nice morning so I didn't mind waiting outside of my car. The dropoff and checkout was also good. No complaints.
Convenient, safe, reasonably priced. The shuttles could use some better shock absorbers but other than that, no complaints. I always use Parking Spot 3.

Like parking here great drivers close to airport. Having trouble with getting my earned free days and no one there seems to be able to fix so had to pay for days. Need to figure out on my end how to fix this.’
