It is very easy to get to and from the airport
Everybody is extremely friendly and helpful. Shuttles run frequently so there's a rarely a wait getting to and from the airport. This last trip, my family and I got to the car after flying home, and the battery had died. We flagged down a shuttle driver and they sent somebody out with a portable batter to jump our car within 10 minutes. Always a pleasant experience.
I like the location. Pickup and drop off service is good. Pricing is competitive. What keeps me from giving a 10 is the vans. You must look for old vans that have no shocks. Ride is horrible.

Very efficient. The drivers were waiting outside the parking garage when I arrived and they told me where to park. I was on the picked up right next to my car within 5 minutes. When I arrived at the airport I requested a bus and they used my location to pick me up. Only had to wait 5 or minutes for a bus. It was so nice and they dropped me off at my car. Will definitely use again when.
