I find the ease of use very convenient. The app lets me see where the shuttle is, so I never feel like I am out of the loop. I also enjoy the easy QR code method of tipping the shuttle driver. My vehicles have always been safe and secure at The Parking Spot. Great value!

Our flight across the country from Albany, NY experienced considerable delays arriving some 3 hours late at 2:00 AM, we were still picked up by the Park N Fly shuttle within 10 minutes of having our baggage. After a long frustrating day it was wonderful to be able to completely rely on getting our car quickly. Fantastic service in our opinion and worth recommending.
The service was not as expected the day we returned home due to their shuttle frequency. But the car was waiting as soon as we got back and they loaded us ASAP. They also gave a partial refund due to their wait. We will be back :)

The ease of pulling up scanning and going directly to a parking spot and on returning to just scan and go.
This was my first time parking here and will do it again! The convenience of the shuttles waiting to take you to the airport right away is wonderful. I have parked at other offsite places and they have taken a short drive on the interstate to get ot the airport. The Parking Spot does not and I like this because I have small children and i feel more comfortable on this short drive to the terminal. I used the app and once I got to the pick up spot, the app automatically notified the driver we were coming and the valet knew to have the car ready. It was very convenient. It is more expensive that others and I was able to get a discount through my employer that made the price very reasonable.
Services are usually great. But on Monday, July 6, along with multiple families we had to wait 30 minutes in the parking lot for a shuttle. This created delays with security and we had to rush to make sure our flight wasn't missed. This ordeal gave us anxiety. But coming back from our trip was smooth.
