Fast pick up at the lot and drive to airport. Also not a very long wait time at the airport for return back to the lot.

I had a great experience with my recent trip. I left a bag on the shuttle and before I could drive home I was called and told about it. Krystal with a “K” made sure my bag was secure. Also , the employee who was on duty was very accommodating. A fact they didn’t know was my driver’s license was in that bag. They saved me a lot of trouble. Thank you again and y’all need a raise. Everyone I dealt with was patient and kind.

I like the convenience and safety of it, and the fair pricing compared with on-airport parking. I also like the door-to-door service of the shuttles, although I had some issues with the return driver on this trip.

I actually called today to give a big thank you to Bruce. He went well behind from my expectations. He helped everyone of us carry our luggage to our car. What an amazing person. I hope he gets a thank you for doing a good job.

I was very pleased with the service provided at this parking spot location. The drivers were very polite and prompt. I hope all employees within this company are treated generously.

Love the expanded covered parking, shuttle service is very timely rarely wait more than a couple minutes even at very early or late hours that we usually fly, drivers are always nice and helpful, the online system works very well.

This was my first time. Few Suggestions, Make sure you tell someone which lot to pull into at Love Field as you have covered and uncovered parking. i was not aware of Parking Spot 1 and Parking Spot 2. Took few go arounds to figure it out. I was not clear what to do after parking but i realized shuttle picks you up at your car (at some point, seems there is a chance it may take over 5 to 10 minutes for drivers to find you.)

Pickup at airport when arrive, app says go to green area and it also said you detected we had arrived and you knew we were there. What it does not say is that there are TWO green areas at love field. We walked out of baggage and found the green area. We watched three vans pass us by, we tried to flag them but they ignored us. Finally, we figured there must be a second green area and we found it and got picked up.

NOW that i know, i will find your service very convenient and a value for future if i am not in a hurry. First time, you almost lost me!!!

Overall a good experience, the valet service is very nice after a long flight. The airport pickup process could be a bit more efficient, but that’s true for almost everything at LAX.

We have been shut out of the completely filled main parking garage at BDL an a couple of times, and decided to try the Parking Spot. It was a good choice: much less expensive than the garage, and just minutes from the terminal on a shuttle. The shuttle drivers were really lovely.
