The parking spot solved the problem of “What do we do with the van?” when flying out of Columbus. It was convenient, easy and secure. There are hotels that allow parking while on your trip, but how secure are they and do they require an increase in the room rate? The parking spot is close to CHM (about five minutes), fenced, gated, and secure. Yes, there is a parking per-day rate, but it is about half of what you would pay the port authority to park in their lots (from my past experience). The Parking Spot also has a membership option to save even more. We’ll be using The Parking Spot from now on.

The shuttles. First day the driver was friendly and didn’t rush down the road in morning.

Afternoon driver seemed frazzled as he was being rushed around and some passengers had been waiting 30 minutes at airport for ride. I’m just glad we got on right away, as we had an appointment back home to get our pet. In the past when we used your service ,shuttles were 15 minutes apart & we got cold water when leaving. This time water was sitting on self as we drove past the gate. Who wants warm water after a long plane trip? Also after you rushed the driver we thought we were in the Indy five hundred race going back to parking lot. You either to get more drivers or shuttles. The quality has gone down hill. But that being said we will probably use you again sometime in the future.

I have always parked there when I fly, the staff is nice and I get to and from the airport with zero problems. I like that I can pre pay as well, I am even getting better at using the QR code reader when coming and going... LOL...

Drivers both to and from were very pleasant and helpful. Nice to not have to use airport parking, and rate very reasonable.
The only thing that stressed me out a bit was that I had to cut across traffic because my GPS didn't give me enough of a heads up as to where the entrance was. Probably due to construction on the highway. But now I know, for future.
