I like the app and how you can track your shuttle.
I did not like having to wait 40 minutes by my vehicle for the shuttle to the terminal at 7am.
I did not like circling the parking lots because my driver wasn't familiar with the former Park N Fly oversized parking area.

First time we used the parking spot and were so pleased with the entire experience. The service was recommended from a friend, we normally use the airport parking lots.
The staff on entry, pick up from car, drop off and return to lot were fantastic. Very pleasant, helpful and professional. Positive experience, will only use this for airport parking. .

We don’t travel a lot but when we do The Parking Spot has always been perfect. Quick entry, quick parking and quick pickup and delivery to our gate at the airport. Return trip is spotless also. Definitely the place for us.
