I used the lot before it became Parking Spot and then stopped because the shuttle service sucked. But everything is great now. Hardly have to wait for a bus at the airport. It would be great, if the app showed where the busses are, or at least how long before the next one.

Easy to reserve using app, wait time going and coming super short, friendly drivers who often help with putting items onto shuttle and taking them off. Like having access to much needed water after multiple flights when I don’t have time to drink any.

It was convenient. On top of that, while exiting the lot I had trouble scanning my credit card so I had to step out of my vehicle. While doing so I accidentally dropped my wallet which was on my lap. I did not find out about it 30 minutes later when I reached home. When I called The Parking Spot, I was told that someone had turned in the wallet to the manager and I was able to go back and pick it up. I was so relieved.
