I like that I am picked up at my car and taken to any terminal then picked up at the terminal even though it could be a different terminal I like that the drivers help me with my luggage on and off the bus. This is a valuable thing due me getting older and struggling with my luggage.

Just when checking out machine would not take any of our bank cards which are different banks
Thankfully my oldest son had a credit card on him to use other wise if not sure how we been able to pay.
