Super efficient and accommodating. Price is not ideal but convenient for sure.

Bummed that the bottles of water (at checkout) were relegated to the bottom row of the fridge. Hard to reach from the driver's seat. That small gripe aside, no issues whatsoever.

Y'all found my wedding ring a year ago after I dropped it so I wii park with y'all until my dying day.

Love that the shuttle is dependable, drivers help with luggage, and that the garage in covered and feel my car is safe there.

I really like how the drivers help us with our luggage. I was not very happy with the premium parking as we were standing there waiting in the premium lot for way too long and then our shuttle was super packed. However when we got back after our flight it was really nice to be dropped off first. I probably will not get premium as it is most important for me to be picked up really fast when I am getting to the lot to go fly somewhere and I am not as much in a rush when I get back. There should be a dedicated shuttle to grab the premium people faster if you are charging more money for that lot. We have never parked in premium before and just in the regular lot we had better experience. We waited over 10-15 minutes in premium lot for someone to come get us to go to airport.

I am always welcomed at PS West in Austin by a cheerful, professional employee! I’ve learned the direction lingo so it’s really easy to park. The driver always helps by loading & unloading my suitcase. And the PS app is the best. When I head to the pickup area, they know I’m coming. No more chasing those Spot buses! You have my loyalty!

We just loved the idea of parking and getting picked up at car to terminal then pick up at terminal and taken back to car. Makes it so easy!

The quick drop of my car to valet, the quick availability of the shuttle to the airport, my car waiting for me when I returned on the shuttle. I followed instructions since I arrived after 11 pm & didn’t see the century shuttle (only sepulveda). I was assured that the shuttle was on the way & it arrived shortly after my call. The difficulty in the return was the airport. All of the construction!!! Trying to get to the departure level after landing was a workout (the elevator was not working).

I've parked here for years and have always been pleased with the convenience, the cost and the personnel.
But this time, I had car trouble as I returned to my vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about your staff that night!!!
Ezra and Michael immediately tried to help get my car going, while the supervisor, Serena(?), kept people informed - and welcomed me to wait in the office. It took 2 hours for AAA to arrive. In the meantime, many other drivers came in and out of the office. I was impressed with the kindness, respectfulness and concern of the staff to me and each other. I consider myself fortunate to have had this happen in such a safe and friendly location!
I will continue to recommend The Parking Spot 1 to anyone i know! Thank you all so much!

Great Experinece!! Shuttle was there when I pulled up to drop my car off and only waited 5 minutes for shuttle for pick up at terminal and my car was right in front of me when I got off the shuttle. SUPER QUICK!!

I would like to download the reservation QR code to my Apple Wallet. Is there a procedure for doing that?

Very easy process. Plenty of parking. My only complaint is the returning shuttle. The instructions said to go to "Courtesy 11" to wait for the shuttle. The drivers kept stopping way before it and filling up. We had to wait for 3 shuttles until we were picked up.

If the driver see's you coming, he will point you to a spot to keep you from driving around. I like the door to door pick up and help with the luggage. Appreciated the reminder to make sure to Last name removed your door!

Close by airport, covered parking, shuttle pickup and drop off in a timely manner.

I like that the shuttle picks me up at my car and delivers me right back there!
