Fast and easy; however, when I wanted to tip the driver and didn't have any cash on hand, there was no QR Code on the bus? Don't short change the drivers!!! Give them QR codes.
Our driver fro the airport to the parking lot was very helpful in getting our luggage on the shuttle ad from the shuttle to our truck.

The driver that picked me up to go to the airport did not tell me where to get picked up on my return as well as not tell me it was on the paper he gave me with the parking spot. So I spent 25 minutes trying to find out when I returned. I called the office 5 times and no one answered. I was told you were short staffed that day by the driver that eventually picked me up.

Process was simple. We were picked up and dropped off right in front of my car. Didn't have to wait for shuttle at the airport. My only complaint would be that the spaces are kinda small, risking door dings.
