Friendly helpful drivers. On my last trip my wallet was lost on the way back to Houston. I realized it when I got on the parking spot bus at 1:30am and was looking for the ticket with my space # to give to the driver. When we arrived at the lot he had me click my electronic key and listened for my car alarm. He then helped me get my luggage off even though I told him my cash for a tip was in my lost wallet. I wish I had gotten his name to call in and tip when I got home.

We really appreciate the valet service overall but especially when the bus driver proactively contacts the valet at the parking garage to let them know we will be picking up our car shortly.
