The registration is simple. The service is great. Dave was a helpful and friendly driver. With a fenced in lot we feel our car is safe while we're away.

It was super easy. I also like the prices. The app is easy to use. It would help to have which Island to wait at in addition to the door number when waiting for the shuttle. It was night when I arrived at DIA and it was difficult to tell where to wait.

I like the shuttle service, it is very reliable and on-line booking is relatively easy. The few things I don't like is that you can not modify the dates once you have booked, and paid. And that the covered parking is so expensive!
I also tend to book for extended stays and I'm always getting emails after booking that offer deeper discounts. if I'm in the loyalty program and booking several times a year, can you make it easier to take advantage of those offers or create a reward point system that allows you to take advantage of the discounts, similar to retail systems (like Kroeger.)

Our driver to pick us up on the return was very cordial and friendly. The driver that took us to the airport on the afternoon of the ninth was very rude ignorant didn’t smile didn’t even help with the luggage.

The facility is easy to reach via major roadways and the signage is distinctive enough that you won't miss it. The self-park app and check in process is as easy as 1-2-3. The shuttle service and drivers are a joy to interact, and the facility is clean and well maintained with ample parking bays!
Fast, friendly, helpful. Clean parking lot and I feel my car is well taken care of and watched over while I’m gone. There is no delay in leaving my car and taking the shuttle to the airport. I don’t have to wait long before the shuttle picks me up and takes me back to the Parkjng Spot. They have communication down to a science. I’m impressed with the staff and service EVERY TIME!
