It’s convenient Fast to get where you park & to airport. Staff is very friendly!
Dependable
Parking Spot was wonderful. The customer service is always great and the lots feel safe and secure. I also love how the shuttle drivers pick us up and drop us off directly at our vehicles, which is especially comforting in late night arrivals or departures.
My experience with the Parking spot was awesome. Our shuttle driver picked us up at our car immediately and got us to the airport perfectly. Can't remember his name going to the airport , but he was very professional and courteous. On return, our driver Fred was just as professional and courteous and so helpful. I plan on using the Parking Spot when I fly out of Columbus, Ohio again. It was so easy to get to. Thank you so much. I have recommended the parking spot to people already. The price is decent too.
Easy check-in and pick-up. Never a long wait for a shuttle.
Love the overall service. Keep up the awesome work. Also very much enjoy the coupons. Thank you 🙏🏼
Liked under-roof parking and shuttle service was fast.
Convince to the airport
Quick service friendly people and close to the airport- it is the closest and easy to get in and out of. I have used them for -5 months and will use them every time. Thank you parking spot 2
Shuttle was easy and a great help, price was very reasonable and it took a couple of turns to find a spot. It would be nice to incorporate in the app available parking spots or areas. The best way to get to your destination and feel your car is safe at a very reasonable rate.
Safe, secure location. Fast shuttle pickup. No waiting. Cheapest parking spot if booked weeks before. Very close to the airport. Courteous and friendly staff and driver. One more thing… it’s safe and secure..
The shuttle is always there to pick you up quickly. Great location that is close to the airport. I like the bottle of water you get at the end of your stay!
The Prepay option was so convenient for quick checking in & out. The Shuttles are easily accessible at the airport!
Thank you for your well run Spot!
The vans look out for us when we arrive. No waiting for a van. Polite and courteous service.
The shuttle service is very easy and quick
Frequent shuttles and friendly staff
Most drivers are friendly and helpful. Price is fair. You have a rewards program and I fly a lot (I'm platinum). Other than one evening when I/we had to wait more than an hour for the shuttle to show up, it's been a good experience
Easy to navigate and find accessible parking. Shuttles works every minute and makes it easy to navigate to where you have to go in the airport. 100% worth it!
Great service
Convenient and friendly staff.
Love that we get dropped off and picked up.
I find your service to be a much better option than airport parking. Your drivers do a great job.
My only issue was when the barcode didn’t work upon leaving and for awhile I was being told I had to pay again to get out.
The excellent service that I always receive. Having water for your customers is a plus as well.
Parking spaces are available via the arrows and the parking lot was easy in and out.
I like using the valet service. They get you to the airport quickly and help you with your bags. Your car is waiting for you when you return. That what I love.
Easy in; easy out. Only downside is it's getting expensive!
My driver on the way and on the way back were wonderful. I believe Leslie, was the name of the one on the way back. I can’t recall the name of the one on the way to the airport, but she was wonderful as well..
Courteous staff and prompt service.
Shuttle is always available, hardly any time wait… even in late hours. Close to the airport, easy to find and sometimes they offer good deals…
All staff is very friendly. It’s always a smooth and fairly quick experience. Busses run regularly. And the chilled water at exit is so nice, an unexpected perk that we really appreciate.
