Option for covered/uncovered parking at different rates is nice. Drivers are friendly and efficient. Vans run on a frequent basis, so wait times are generally not bad at all. The AAA discount helps with the expense, as well as free-days earned.

I like the ease at making reservations and I the fact that I earn points towards free parking spot days. I like that the pick up vans are fast at pickup to airport and "usually" fast at pickup from airport. Your drivers are courteous and helpful.

How smooth your service operates
On the last 2 trips to the Parking Spot 1, I have received great service both from a pickup and drop off perspective. Did not have to wait too long on either side of both trips. This is much better than the previous trip I had where we waited almost 25 minutes to be picked up and almost missed our flight. Great job with the improved service.
