Shuttles are almost always waiting to take us to the airport. Parking Spot East is very convenient for Illinois residents. I like the AAA discount they offer, and sales offered throughout the year. Bottled water at checkout is another plus.

My only complaint is the girl in the booth where you check in/out is very rude and unprofessional. (Chubby, white, long brown hair.) She is the only representative you come into contact with and gives a very bad impression.

Location of the lot is easy to access from Greenbelt. At 75, I like being picked up and returned to my car without having to fight to get on a shuttle or figure out where my car is in the dark.

It is very easy to use your services because everybody that works there is very helpful. I don’t usually have to wait very long when I arrive to get the shuttle to the airport. The same is true when I come back into Midway and have to go to the parking spot.
