The service is great. I reserved and paid on the app. As soon as I parked the shuttle was there for me. When I returned my truck would not start and my shuttle driver radioed for help. No longer than two minutes help was on site and jumped my truck to start. I would recommend the Parking Spot to anyone!

I like that the wait time for the shuttles is very low especially at the airport pickup area unlike your competitors.

Easy to book a reservation. Pick up in the lot was prompt. It’s great to be picked up at our vehicle.
Pick up at the airport was after midnight yet it took only about 10 minutes. Staff was helpful with my spouse’s disability needs.

The staff is friendly and professional, check-in and pickup are smooth, and I always feel confident leaving my car here while traveling. Overall happy. Price is fair. It takes too long for pickup at the airport. The pickup spot is not clearly marked and there are many different off site pickup vans in the same area. People are confused about the west sparking spot pickup and the south parking spot pickup.
