I like the ease of access using the QR block. I like the assistance of the bus driver with the luggage and a smile. I deeply appreciate the assistance from the bus driver on our return when I lost my location card.
This was the first time i parked in Spot 1 to go to international, I usually use the Parking Spot Plus. When i got to Parking Spot 1, I tried to followed my written instruction on my app. which said something about Row 4. I just followed the signs to International parking which took me to row 4. I parked in an open spot and waited. I knew the van ran every 30 minutes and the next would be 7 PM it was now about 6:40. Some vans went by a few rows over so I walk there and stopped the next van and asked about international. The driver was very helpful and said he would call them and let them know i was here. A van did come and take us to the international side. I think i know now how it works going to the airport, I just had that first feeling that no one knew i was there. To get a warm fuzzy should i call to let you know i am there or just wait for a van to come by?
Getting back was easy because you see Orange 2 as soon as you come out the front doors from international.

Especially with all of the construction going on at DFW, we would be lost if we were having to park ourselves in the terminal parking lot. Flying out of one terminal and flying back into another is not an issue when we use The Parking Spot!

We always park at parking spot 3 and normally have great service. We just returned from a trip and the driver that picked us up was very rude. First, he did not even get out of his seat to help us with any bags. Second, he argued with a customer when she asked him a question, which made everyone on the bus uncomfortable. Last, his driving was erratic and unnecessary at that time of night. We always tip, however, this time we did not. We handed him our ticket when we got on and then he passed our car up and then we had to walk. This was the worst experience ever. The white paper said "Jessie H". I am assuming that this was the driver. There was an older couple that was dropped off before us and the lady was a little confused and the driver said, well is this your car or not, but very rudely. Perhaps he needs to stick to the daytime and not drive at night or find a different job.

I’ve parked with TPS almost a handful of times and it’s always been convenient. Shuttle comes and picks you up quickly after you arrive and it’s made the whole process of going to the airport that much easier. Definitely recommend.
