I love how easy it is to book a time slot for the Parking Spot. The service is fabulous!! They come to your car, drop you off directly at your terminal and are there to pick you up at the airport on your return and take you right back to your car. The price is very reasonable. Thank you!

Ease of parking for the airport

I had trouble figuring out the app/scan in/out process both getting in and getting out. Your employee at the gate was remarkably friendly and helpful. She showed me what I was doing wrong and was joyful and friendly (in a situation where I would have expected her to be curt or short tempered for making her work harder, like many employees would be in that situation). She was a true asset and representative for your company. Also, both shuttle drivers were top notch service. Great employees! I will keep coming back to The Parking Spot on JFK.

Shuttle rolled up right when I walked out the terminal door… didn’t have to wait. And didn’t have much of a wait to get picked up for my departure flight either.

The young lady at the gate was very friendly when we dropped off our car. The driver that took us to the airport was very nice. When we arrived back at the airport, we didn't know where to go. When I finally realized where we needed to be and headed that way, the driver was about to pull away when I guess he saw us and he waited. That was very nice. We will definitely use again.
