Convenient location, generally quick pick-up times
The Parking Spot at Charlotte NC has the nicest staff. From the front gate to each driver, they are friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport is frequent and prompt. I like that you have a lot of covered spaces. I also like the discounts offered throughout the year, they’re very helpful to our budget.
All steps are streamlined and easy to use from scheduling to pick up and return. People are friendly, location is perfect, we will always use this spot when traveling through Bradley airport.

Parking is easy. The courtesy drivers are great and extremely helpful. Pricing does vary, though.
Was picked up immediately every time and drivers were absolutely wonderful. Not only loaded our bags into the Parking Spot vehicles but also into the trunk of our car.

Convenience
We always using Parking Spot when flying out of Midway. Shuttle arrives at our car right away and a quick trip to the airport. Upon arrival back the shuttle is there to pick us up within minutes. Being able to check the location on the app is very helpful as well. Drop right at the car and on our way home very quickly.
