Everything! The website is very easy to navigate and works very well. It’s also easy to talk to a live person should that become necessary. The shuttles run frequently. It’s also easy to take advantage of reduced rates when planning traveling in advance.

1) Your shuttles are the best - drivers, timing, cleanliness. Even when I get there at 3:30 a.m., your shuttle is ready to get me to the airport, the driver is always friendly and helpful, and I don't' have to :check" to make sure my bag isn't landing in gum or other sticky objects.

2) Intake and exit. Again, greeted by a happy helpful person, gets me in quickly, self check gets me out. If there is problem, there is live person there to help.

3) value for the money. I don't feel ripped off at Parking Spot.

4) Peace of Mind - I never worry my vehicle will get damaged or broken into. Both of those things could happen, but I fee las if the likelihood is low.

The service is easy and convenient, and provides good value. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will use this service again soon.

Usually your drivers. My trip home this time the driver did not assist me getting with getting my suitcase in the trunk. That was the first time ever.

This was the first time arriving and leaving LAX where I was immediately met by The Parking Spot shuttle. All other shuttles, I was calling and waiting for them to arrive. My last two trips I have used The Parking Spot. I got off the plane. I gathered my luggage. I took the elevator to the second floor. LIterally as I walked outside, I see The Parking Spot shuttle pulling up with no passengers. On my trip a couple weeks ago, the shuttle personnel asked I I wanted to be let out in the parking garage to be closer to my car. Excellent service all around.
