Ease
Very convenient and the employees are all great and helpful and friendly. But I’d use you more if the prices weren’t so high.
It was a good experience flying intenational and using The Parking Spot 1.
Convenient to doubletree
Everything worked out well.... ...code scan worked, we were picked up after parking quickly and brought to the airport timely.... ...on arival back in ATL, we found where the bus parks, waited for the next bus, got dropped off right at out car, and had to find that QR code again to get out.
dont be alarmed if i do not use your service again due to the cost vs MARTA, i just have to wait for a special - someone told me about buying in advance, but i havent figured that part out yet.
Parking under roof, shuttles to and from airport, and since I’m alone driver usually puts my suitcase in my car.
Plenty of vans back and forth. Very helpful and courteous staff, and cold water after a long flight.
It was great to go directly to my car after my trip. Will ride again!
It takes the hassle out of procuring airport parking. Also, it is quite affordable as compared to other parking venues.
Quick pickup at car.
Like the reservation system snd the reliability.
Upon entry they will sometimes tell you where to park and will then follow you to your spot. Helps with the luggage and always enjoyable to talk to.
Car is safe, good price, and friendly staff!!
The shuttle drivers and the staff that direct the customers to their spaces are very pleasant and patient. Thank you.
From drop off to pickup we had terrific services. It’s convenient and when you have a coupon it’s worth it.
Door to door service to airport
This was a good experience! The only thing I would hope for is if there could be a quicker way to get from the terminal back to the parking lot. We had to go to 2 of them so that took a little longer than expected.
It is easy to reserve a space and prepay. The attendants are very helpful. The bus drivers are REALLY helpful and go out of their way to assist the riders with their luggage.
Prompt and reliable
