Friendly staff. We did now have to wait long for pickup from our vehicle. The most important thing was that one of our travelers forgot a bag in our vehicle and had to get back to the garage and the young lady working was very helpful and got us back to the car and to the airport without hesitation.

I always use The Parking Spot 3 (outdoor parking) when flying out of STL, and they never disappoint. The service is incredibly efficient—the shuttles are always running, so I'm never waiting long to get to or from the terminal. It’s also very affordable compared to other airport options without sacrificing quality. Most importantly, they are dependable; I know my car is safe and the service will be smooth every time. Highly recommended for stress-free airport parking!

I love being able to pre-pay for parking. It is very easy to enter & exit using the QR code from the reservation. Always plenty of parking spaces available. Van drivers are always helpful with the luggage which is very much appreciated.
