Parking Spot is so convienient. The app is easy to book a reservation. The shuttle wait is always very minimal and most often waiting for you when you are unloading your car. Prices are fair. Always a great experience with the Parking Spot.
The main thing I love about the service is how fast it is, you get there scan the QR code lets you right in and let’s you right out by scanning the QR code it’s fast and easy. The representatives are very helpful as well, the assistant manager was very patient and helpful as well. I love the service in general I will always use it for any trips coming up !
I like to promptness of the experience and the frequency of the shuttles once your flight arrives. Also, very easy to recognize.
The "door to door" service was appreciated. This was our first use and it was confusing to know where to get the return shuttle. I thought that I needed to click on the app but it seems like you just go to the area for off site parking and hotel shuttles.

Our parking was easy and the bus was there quickly. It took a little while to get the bus on our return trip but everything went smoothly.

The shuttle was right outside when I came out of the airport and took me directly to my car. The pricing is very reasonable. Even though I was an hour over my prepaid time limit, I was not charged for an extra day.
