I switched to Parking Spot because I was sick of waiting at the airport and watching 8 Parking Spot shuttles go past while I waited for Diamond. Since switching, I have NEVER had a problem getting to and from the airport, even early in the morning and late at night.

The ease of checking in and the quick availability of taking the shuttle bus to the airport. What I was disappointed about was I had booked my parking spot from 3/27-4/3. Unfortunately my 3/27 flight was canceled. I had no control of what happened. I would have expected a courtesy credit for the unexpected cancellation. Nonetheless it was a safe and friendly experience by all employees
I like how courteous drivers are.
Picks you up and takes you directly to your car. The shuttles are frequently 130 degrees hot though, even in regular 80 degree days.
