You dont have to wait long for the shuttles

This is a convenient location across from the airport and the shuttle buses run efficiently enough where there is not a long wait to be picked up when dropping off or when returning. The driver was very helpful with everyone boarding.

Booked super last minute on my way to the airport, during the freeze weekend. We flew out Monday 1/26. I accidentally made a mistake on my reservation. It was supposed to be 4:30am–4:30pm checkout, but I left it as the standard 7am–7pm.

I called and David answered he was so kind and got everything sorted for me. When I checked out, I explained the situation to the front desk ladies and they verified my check-in time and waived the additional fees without any hassle.

Great customer service all around I’ll definitely be back! And don’t forget to be kind and tip your drivers!

The shuttle drivers were great, They picked me up right away and got me to my fight on time. When I returned and when out to the shuttle pick up area, I was only there for about 5 min. and a shuttle came and picked me up. I would use this service again.

Easy transportation to airport friendly drivers

Parking space location was easily identified and the shuttle immediately available for transportation to the airport. Upon return, the shuttle was able to be tracked and arrival time determined. Much easier and more dependable than the airport shuttle. Also liked having the car under a lighted and protected roof.

fast, friendly, helpful

The drivers were both coming in young or prompt and helpful and taking care of our luggage, including our skis. Return to the airport it was after Baltimore had had a big storm much sleet and ice. A driver alerted the spot team that we along with another passenger needed help in digging our cars. They promptly came and helped to take us out and get us on the road. Their effort was helpful, polite, courteous, and happy to assist. Thanks so much!

Friendly drivers, fast and efficient service. I love that I can drop my car and know it is in a secure lot and I don’t need to worry about getting to or from the airport. The shuttle picks you up and your car and drops you at your airline! Pickup is a breeze too!

There are many buses that are available so you never have to wait. The staff were very helpful.

Quick to the car, quick to the airport to pick up. Also had battery issue due to 10 days in the cold, cold weather. Excellent help in getting to me with jump pack. Super team.

Your staff seems to genuinely like working for the company.
Way out: had to return to car. My wife stayed with luggage near bus. I returned minutes later, she was talking with a lovely random gentleman, in a Spot uniform. Thank you for the care.
Way back home: our bus driver was friendly, talkative, and shifted everyone's bags. And, English was probably not even the driver's second language.
