We arrived at the parking spot at 5:30am, a driver immediately came over to load our luggage and assist us to board the van. Our return was one week later after the car had sat in the frigid weather. The driver waited for us to start the car and ensure we could pull out over the snow. Absolutely will use this company again.

Our car was snowed in upon our return. We were prepared and had a snow shovel, however, since there was so much ice, it broke. Our driver dropped off other passengers and came back with a garden shovel to get us out. We were so very grateful especially since it was late at night and very cold.

It's close to the airport, I can reserve a spot in advance and receive a discount for prepaying. We don't wait long for the shuttle in either direction.

Love everything about you guys EXCEPT occasionally there are long waits for the Shuttle---sometimes the wait is at your site and sometimes the wait is at DIA for pick-up.

This was my first time ever parking here and the experience was great! Everything went exactly as explained in the emails. The driver was timely, friendly and helped everyone with their luggage. It was literally the easiest part of my entire trip! Will be using again!

It was an easy process to reserve, and use the service.

Your premium parking is very good for a number of reasons. 1) it is conveniently located near the airport; 2) your bus drop off and pickup service is fast; 3) your drivers help load and unload the bags and 4) you have reasonable rates especially when combined with promotions and discounts.

My only gripe is that many of your available covered parking spaces for the day I arrived had an inch or more of water with leaves and mud. So I had no choice but to park in the muck. Not a big deal, but when I returned 4 days later, the water, mud and leaves were still there. I did my best to avoid the mess, but I tracked all of that in my car. My recommendation is to clean these areas as needed - such as sweep the water away from in between the cars and/or vacuum the water out of the area. Dried leaves and dry dirt are not a big issue, but add water and that's what causes the problem. Perhaps you need to add some drains. It is a little strange to have a standing water issue in a large covered parking garage - something is wrong to have this issue with covered parking where the parking area is not exposed to the elements.

The Parking Spot is a wonderful option because it's conveniently located and the shuttles run continuously. Drivers are super nice and helpful. I cannot thank them enough, as on my last trip, in a hurry, I left my passport in the car. I made them aware of the situation, they supported me, and I made it back to the flight on time. I do not know their names, but each one of them is the best!
