First time using the Spot since my long time parking facility closed. Very impressed with the ease and efficiency of use and in particular the reservation system. On returning home there was virtually no wait for the shuttle and I was able to complete my trip without a hitch. Wil be using them again soon.

shuttle is fast and efficient. so great knowing my car is safe. the car wash is a nice add-on although I didn't use it this time. traveling with 2 kids and getting in late at night made me happy to choose you vs parking at the rapid and dealing with the homeless crowd on the train and in the station.
