I LOVE that I can tip the driver thru the app. I think you should post that information more clearly in the shuttles and in the confirmation emails when booking a reservation so that people make sure and download the app.
The west parking could use a repaving project. But very convenient and the shuttle was quick!

EXCELLENT customer service, and the advance reservation system that allows you to simply scan the QR code on your phone to enter and exit is an extremely efficient process, as is giving the rider a slip with their aisle and spot number when they return from their trip! Ingenious, not sure why nobody else thought of it sooner!
Also, the discounted price was GREAT - if I continue to get offers at that rate (I think it was $8 daily), I will absolutely be using the Parking Spot exclusively during my trips. Thank you!

Important feedback:
When parked far out on south side and you pull out of the parking space, you only see signs for the exit if you face reast. If you go west there is no indication you’re going in the wrong direction
easy access from freeway, shuttle always ready to pick you up at your car as soon as you park
