Parking was fast and easy. Shuttle did not take long to pick us up.

Simple efficient and professional service

Mostly everything. I reserve early and gat discounted daily fees. Or AAA discounts if no promos available. The pickup buses are usually right there to take us to the airport. On the way back we check the app for the next bus and there it is! Free water on departure. And rventually we collect enough ppints for free days. Everything can be done on the app.

I always use the Parking Spot East because of the friendly, efficient staff, covered spots, fast shuttles and the well lit, secure lot-all for less than the airport charges. I have returned for my car several times very late and never felt the lot was unsafe in the least. The shuttle delivers you right to your vehicle-no walking through the rows. I cannot say the same for the Airport garage & lot, which is not fenced or secured other than a roving patrol which seems easy to avoid in the mazelike garage. I also appreciate the frequent shuttles at the pick-up area and how easy it is to pull in and park (at the East Parking Spot-not so much at the West Spot where F1 level maneuvers are often needed to get into the lot from North Austin). I also like having helpful staff at hand to help if you have a problem. We had a dead battery once and the staff had a cart with jumpers ready to go-we were on our way quickly! Bravo!

The drivers are helpful and courteous. Pickup and drop off are quick and convenient. We appreciate that the lots are secure and monitored as we had a catalytic converter stolen at an airport lot.

So easy and accessible to park for Love Field flights. We were traveling with our 2.5 yr old grandson and the shuttle drivers were so nice and accommodating.

Asa frequent flyer, i like the awards system which greatly benefits people who use your service often. Also, it is very rare that i need to wait long for a shuttle to pick me up, which i appreciate.

You don’t have to wait a long time for the shuttle.

Lots of opportunity for discounts, barcode reader reads my phone with no hassle, entry/exit is attended in case I need them, but the automation worked just fine. And love the courteous drivers and cold water at exit.

We usually fly out of the Austin Parking Spot East, and have always been pleased with it. For this trip, I was flying out of Houston Hobby. We stayed at the Houston Marriott South - Hobby Airport; dropped off our car at Parking Spot the evening before; then took the Marriott shuttle to Parking Spot early the next morning. Everything worked perfectly, and just like in Austin, the drivers going and coming were friendly and helpful. We love Parking Spot!
