I had a great experience for both parts of my trip. Both drivers were very friendly. I didn’t have to wait for a shuttle going or coming back. Of course, they loaded and unloaded my suitcase for me.

Everything what is there not to like I can not say anything negative about the service here they even give you bottle waters on the way out.
The Parking Spot 2 has the friendliest drivers. No matter what time they come by, they are polite and helpful. On my last trip, traveling with my elder mother, the driver took our bags and placed them in the trunk of the car for us. That might not seem like much, but after a long day of traveling, it was much appreciated.
