Prompt pickup from the airport

The shuttle saw us trying to find a parking place and the driver pointed to where there were some available and he followed us over there and we got right from our car into the shuttle and he is very nice and then when we came back from the airport the airport shuttle was great about the timing and dropped us off right at our car and that was a big parking lot and I was thinking that we would have to probably hoof our way over but we didn’t and since we had three children in tow that was wonderful thank you. We will use you next time.

The service was quick entering and leaving. the number of spaces available were great. This is my first time using the North side. The main difference between the South and the North is as you enter the South the person in the boot direct you to your space. I did not experience that at the North

Parking Spot 2 is easy to book ahead of time and there is always plenty of parking. The drivers are friendly and helpful, and they pull around often to pick up everyone. Paying is simple.

My maps app by Google directed me to the exit when I first arrived. Meant to give them that feedback, but maybe you can suggest an edit on your end.

I love that when you pull in to park someone is usually there to tell you what row has openings and that they radio to the driver that you're parking. Also, very quick to pick up when parking AND when arriving back at the airport.
