Easy to use service. Driver picks you up at your car and drops you off close to check in. On return takes you back to your car. Better than walking the parking lot with luggage.
Easy process
Very efficient reservation process online, drivers on shuttles are helpful, efficient and very polite. Rotation of the shuttles eleviate wait time. Wish more people that use this service tipped these drivers! They work so hard to be accomodating!
The parking experience in Orlando was smooth and straightforward. The instructions were simple—just head to the designated spot as instructed. They also have an app that shows the live location of the shuttle, including which terminal it’s at. The shuttle ride takes about 4-5 minutes, and they drop you off efficiently depending on the number of passengers. The service was fast, and prices are reasonable. Overall, I’m very happy with the service!
The proximity to the airport is good. The Military Discount is great. The timely pickup and drop-off service is very professional.

What I like about Parking Spot:
1. Their mobile app is super convenient
2. Their shuttle drivers are exceptional
3. Even if you get in late on a flight, they have a phone number for shuttle if you don't see one

Have always had a great experience except for the last time I parked there. It took about 30 min (no exaggeration) for a bus to pick me up. But, I know that it was a holiday weekend and it could have been traffic mixed with the busses just being off sync. I will still continue to use Parking Spot 2 going forward. Thanks!
